    Hey Marla! So for the Gammadyn tablet/minerals the directions are not to touch the tablet when popping in your mouth. I’ve always wondered what touching the pill will do to it?

    Touching the pill removes the content of the the homeopathics (which is on the surface) to your hands rather than your mouth. Popping it directly in the mouth ensure the content will reach the blood stream.

    Ohhhhh. Wow ok. I’ve accidentally touched the very edge a time or two and wondered if I ruined the whole thing thinking maybe it had to do with electrons/ionization or something hahaha XD Wow that makes a lot more sense! Thank you! 😀

    You’re welcome! If you touch the homeopathic, just toss it and take a new tablet or granule
