KeymasterYes that multi is good. Reishi does not support Th2 dominance.

KeymasterHey Shivi,
if you do not have excess estrogen, organic soy that is fermented can be very nutritious however most of us have estrogen dominance and there are many studies showing that soy behaves like estrogen which leads to estrogen dominance.

KeymasterThis Astragalus is my favourite personally: https://www.puremarket.ca/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=11737
Always follow bottle dosage for supplements. When you are Th2 dominant (if you are), you dont want to support Th2, you want to decrease it by supporting Th1.

KeymasterAnything starchy, yeast, peanuts, sugars, mushrooms (except medicinal), dairy, gluten and fermented foods need to be avoided. Die off reaction occurs when you flare up during a candida cleanse while on antifungals.

KeymasterEveryone is different. Some need to do it for 3 months or 6 months, others 8 months or longer. it depends on how severe your overgrowth is. I would say to start with 3 months consecutively and then decide after that if you need to go longer or not.
