    Hey Marla, I am looking through your candida cleanse Ebook and it says sweet potatoes are obviously bad for candida, but it doesnt say anything about regular white potatoes. Are those okay to eat on a candida cleanse?

    Also, would gluten free oatmeal be okay to eat on the candida cleanse?

    all potaotes are a no as they are starchy. Oatmeal is a no also as it is starchy.
