Keymasteri prefer to use homeopathics instead of herbs as they are more gentle and no side effects. evening primrose is great.
I would give olive leaf more of a chance. mucous in stool is a good thing as it means stuff is coming out of the intestines. Im not sure why youre getting dry mouth from berberine. Ive never heard that happening before but if a supplement isnt working for you then dont take it.
Yes anytime your digestion is doing better and you can tolerate more foods is a good sign! 🙂
It really depend son digestion. if bile and hcl isnt enough and youre still having a hard time breaking down food then add in enzymes.

Keymasteri cant guarantee how you’ll react to the further food collagen. I would try using i and see or contact the company and ask if they cna send you a sample first as you arent sure how you will react.

Keymasterif you have any symptoms, you have cellular toxicity. my latest youtube LIVE explains all about it at the end of the video (last 10 mins or so).
I have a LOT of info here on this platform about Th2 dominance and also on http://www.holisticspring.com (you can search Th2) on the BLOG and find info there also 🙂

Keymasterif you have cysts, it means cellular toxicity (see my latest youtube LIVE (watch the last 10-15 mins). cellular toxicity causes liver toxicity which leads to poor insulin balance so yes, if you have cysts, it is a good idea to balance blood sugar, reduce inflammation and do drainage therapy to clean out the cells.
DHA, berberine and inositol are great if you have hormonal imbalances, cysts, irregular cycles, etc but should be paired with liver and kidney support such as the drainage protocols here on this platform under RESOURCES.

KeymasterTo improve vagal tone, you do TVNS with a TENS unit. it is something that can be done daily and then gradually decreased to once per week and then several times per month for maintenance. it can be done lifelong!
A colon cleanse consists of pathogen cleanse (aka candida cleanse – i have an ebook protocol on http://www.holisticspring.com) while also eating lots of fiber, taking chlorella/chlorphyll and lots of water/herbal teas to push everything out of the colon.
HCl can be GREAT for GERD/gastritis however each person is different and will respond differently. if you are going to try it, start with a small dose (1 capsule – 500mg) and then increase from there depending how you feel.
If you have GERD/digestive issues, you should only eat 3 meals per day to improve peristalsis/MMC/vagal tone. however if you are snacking and have gas/bloating/digestive issues then yes, take enzymes with them.
YES probiotics are great and should be done everyday for the first year then every other day for a little while then once per week then month on month off. Of course this is general recommendation and it may need to be different for everyone.

KeymasterHello!
this condition is caused by chronic inflammation in the intestinal system. Usually there is toxins, viruses, pathogens and antibodies against self tissue present in the gut that are keeping it inflamed which is what causes the recurring flares. Food sensitivities are usually present as well which means anytime you eat something your body has antibodies to, it triggers an immune reaction which puts you into a flare and leaves you with damage to your colon.
I always suggest a pathogen cleanse (candida, fungus, parasites, viruses) such as my seasonal candida and parasite cleanse (but start off gentle and slowly increase with remedies) and also gut-soothing supplements such as Lglutamine, bone broth, gelatin, slippery elm, warm soups, smoothies and avoiding anything raw or uncooked or hard to digest. Avoid all gluten, dairy, sugar, nightshades and other inflammatory foods and stick to veggies, lean proteins, healthy fats and complex carbs such as buckwheat, squash, peas, berries, etc.
This is a complicated condition so i cant give specifics but eating those soothing and ANTIINFLAMAMTORY foods and taking those supplements to soothe the gut can give a lot of relief while youre working towards addressing the root cause 🙂

Keymasteri think charcoal can be very helpful to pull out toxicity remaining from a vaccination however if you’re getting vaccinated, it means you want the benefits and protection of the vaccine. i am not sure if charcoal will pull out stuff that you dont want it pulling out though. If you are to take it, i would wait at least a week for the vaccine to take effect before taking it 🙂

KeymasterHi Ioanna,
You would definitely want to get to the root causes of all your conditions which may be dysbiosis, cellular toxicity poor liver and kidney and lung drainage, nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, and even immune dysfunction. I ALWAYS suggest beginning with drainage of the emunctories (liver, kidneys, lungs) first while working on changing the changing the diet. Once your diet is amazing and you’ve been doing drainage, then add in candida-type cleanse, etc.
I would suggest beginning with the biotherapeutic drainage protocol under RESOURCES tab and eat a completely natiinflamamtory diet (gluten, dairy, sugar, processed, refined foods and bad oil free) that focusses on fresh organic DARK GREEN VEGGIES, lean proteins, some complex carbs, fiber, healthy fats and small amount of low GI fruit like berries and grapefruit. Drink at least 10 glasses of water per day too and take probiotics (at least 50-100 billion cfu). Hope this helps!

KeymasterRosemary,
i dont usually suggest vitex but if i do its st francis herb. it is very bitter though. Yes you can take antifungals while not following candida diet however they wont work all too well if youre eating starches. Zinc picolinate is more absorbable than citrate.
yes i love further food collagen.
Feride, i usually have my clients do BW for 60 to 90 days but it depends on their imbalances. you would want to follow a whole candida diet and supplement protocol if you’re trying to clear dysbiosis. i dont recommend taking any antifungals if youre not taking liver and kidney drainage remedies. I have a liver and kidney protocol UNDER RESOURCES TAB but youd also want to be on a full candida protocol such as my seasonal candida and parasite cleanse.

Keymasteryou are the advocate for your own health so don’t feel bad about bringing up your concerns to your practitioner.
i suggest 30 drops 3-4x/day
chlorophyll and aloe twice a day in the beginning i ok but then decrease to once a day. chlorophyll is high in copper so you dont want an imbalance in zinc.

KeymasterHi Lyn! I am so glad you are here! 🙂 Welcome!

KeymasterI would focus on oral tolerance, as you said, using Sun butyrate, 2 tsp 2x for an adult body size, plus with making sure there’s a high enough blood level of vitamin A, as well as a broad repertoire of veggies in the diet. You can also use 1 tsp BID of flax seed, chia seed, psyllium husk, in rotation.
Make sure there is COMPLETE avoidance of gluten and dairy (zero exposures, including zero topical exposures), and zero the gluten cross-reactors that show up as IgG elevations on lab (Cyrex labs is great for testing).
Epi-Integrity that you mentioned would be quite reasonable.
Beyond that, food rotation is reasonable, as is attending to dysbiosis, but you will often have to address T cell polarization and reduce inflammation before going after dysbiosis, or you’ll stir the pot on the inflammation.
When finances are an issue, I tell people to try to get as much work done as possible with subtraction (avoiding problematic foods, which btw would include anything with trans fat, anything deep fried, anything with hydrogenated oils). Subtractions are less expensive than additions. If you are not able to be spot on with subtractions, the case is not likely to have a good outcome. If this approach is not enough you may need to add other supplements, etc., to create progress. -
