    Dear Marla,

Does having occasional ovarian cysts (not pcos) cause insulin resistance? Should i get tested for that to check? Are dhea, berberine and myo-inositol ideal for these health problems? or Should they be taken only for people with endometriosis and pcos?

if you have cysts, it means cellular toxicity (see my latest youtube LIVE (watch the last 10-15 mins). cellular toxicity causes liver toxicity which leads to poor insulin balance so yes, if you have cysts, it is a good idea to balance blood sugar, reduce inflammation and do drainage therapy to clean out the cells.

DHA, berberine and inositol are great if you have hormonal imbalances, cysts, irregular cycles, etc but should be paired with liver and kidney support such as the drainage protocols here on this platform under RESOURCES.

Thank you, things are much more clear for me now. Also, is it possible to dissolve a cyst naturally? If it measures more than 5 cm, would the only option available be to have it surgically removed? Can doing the kidney and liver drainage, candida cleanse and taking the supplements for pcos and/or endometriosis be enough to not need a laparoscopy eventually?

Yes absolutely! cellular drainage (using homeopathics), clean diet, etc can shrink cysts until they fully disappear. I always advise trying natural remedies before opting for surgery, unless it is advised otherwise.
