Sfsimmons200 it does not look like it! It has options to use yacon syrup in place of the sugar, but it uses rice flour and other flours that would not be candida friendly.

Hmmm, not sure the technical answer! Personally I’d say in small amounts it would be fine but if you are consuming a lot of it with other things high in starches like sweet potato and fruit, it might not be candida friendly. But I want to say that I have heard Marla mention that squash can be candida friendly.

I believe so! I purchased the separate E-book because I am a client of Marla’s so I just needed the recipes, I believe they are on both! Yes mine did form a dome. My house is generally pretty cool, so both times I put the bowls in a warm environment (I put mine in the oven which had had residual heat in it from cooking something earlier on). Otherwise I don’t get good results!

Amazing!! Does eliminating the food triggers for 6-8 weeks work for someone with autoimmune, or doesn’t someone with autoimmune always react to that particular food?

Oh interesting!! My sister has done a ton of research on it and it apparently claims to pass the blood/brain barrier and that it is a “special” kind of molecule that traps toxins and goes right past the liver/kidneys straight to the stool/urine. I have no idea if these claims are even possible! But when she told me of it the first thing I thought of was wondering if its true that it can pass the emunctories, but if not then of course it would be super straining!

That would be WONDERFUL Bibi! If you mention to anyone in our dietary world or even a medical doctor about how food affects the body, they don’t believe you! It’s so brain washed! As someone who STUDIES food and the human body how could our education system lack teaching our doctors/dieticians about that? So crazy! I agree with you!

Ohhhhh. Wow ok. I’ve accidentally touched the very edge a time or two and wondered if I ruined the whole thing thinking maybe it had to do with electrons/ionization or something hahaha XD Wow that makes a lot more sense! Thank you! 😀
