KeymasterHello,
yeast infections are an INTERNAL issue so he most likely has dysbiosis in his gut which is flaring up (could be from stress, diet, or other factors). Id suggest antifungals, lots of garlic and warming spices and witch hazel and tea tree for the skin.

KeymasterYou might have genetic disposition to this. There are great homeopathics you can take but they are chosen very specifically based on the persons temperaments, symptoms, etc.
You can try Nrf2 from Pure encapsulations to help detoxify but homeopathics will probably be the best way to go using Gemmos and UNDA #s as they are GREAT for eliminating heavy metals.

KeymasterHello!
Metallic taste in mouth is definitely from heavy metal toxicity but it would be hard to know your exact trigger. Perhaps you could do a hair mineral analysis test to determine what your exact toxicities are and then do a heavy metal cleanse to eliminate them. Taking things like glutathione, liposomal vitamin C, cilantro extract, charcoal, chlorella, etc can help eliminate that taste in the mouth.

KeymasterIt is usually from several things.
1. food sensitivities/allergies
2. Too much sugar/starch in the diet which causes pathogenic imbalance (usually fungal)
3. Speaking of fungal, mold toxicity is often a trigger
4. poor liver/kidney function and imbalance in the immune system (usually Th2 dominance)
Each child will need a different protocol so i cant give you a protocol however a good starting point is removing all histamine-forming foods form the diet especially gluten, dairy, sugar, nightshades, eggs, peanuts and yeast. You also want to get them on probiotics (containing lactobacillus acidophilus), chlorella, liver and kidney support, antifungals, and make sure all pollutants are removed form the home (skin care products, shampoos, bad detergents, etc).

KeymasterI will make a video on it today! 🙂

KeymasterI usually like to follow and think in terms of a three layer process:
1. Host support – augmentation of Th1 response and NK cell response. Establish this first using supplements such as Th1 support and Th2 modulator, etc.
2. Natural methods for directly killing virus (listed above, neem leaf, olive leaf, cu-au-ag, etc)
3. Drugs.I always do #1. I always do #2. Some clients also need #3 (via doctor).

KeymasterNO the toxins are coming from within so an internal cleanse would help with that. I use this soap which is great but wont help with expelling toxins: https://crate61.com/

KeymasterYes, usually toxins within the sweat can trigger that. Showering right after is a good idea in this case

KeymasterMethane is known to greatly slow gut motility.
I’d recommend the following:
(1) make sure her thyroid functioning is adequate. If not, her gut motility will be further slowed, worsening her SIBO. (Explaining how to do this properly is beyond the scope of this reply, but it involves more than just checking a TSH and a T4. Seek a good functional medicine practitioner.)
(2) consider use of a promotility agent – Iberogast or Low-dose naltrexone are good choices.
(3) biofilm disruptor between meals
(4) digestive enzymes (during meals) may be helpful for some people. Some people even benefit from elemental diets, but I find this is generally overkill for most.
(5) A low-FODMAPS diet (or GAPS diet or SCD – they’re all fairly equivalent) can be helpful.(6)Have her do TVNS to improve vagal tone and MMC.
(7)once you’ve got all of the above lined up and rolling, THEN she can use the antibiotics for the couple of days if needed. If you want to spare the patient (or her insurance company) the $1600 cost of rifaximin (give or take, last I checked), be aware that there are some reasonable alternative herbal agents that work just as well and are MUCH less expensive. I’m personally fond of using Candibactin AR and Candibactin BR.
Check out siboinfo.com for more info. There are other SIBO sites (possibly even better ones), but siboinfo.com will get you off to a good start.
to continue this:
I have also found that SIBO is frequently associated with hormone toxicity. The Dutch test will confirm or negate this. Copper toxicity and vitamin C depletion/deficiency may add to the problem of poor valve integrity. SIBO Rebuild is a great product for post-treatment as is Sunbutyrate from Pure Encapsulations.

A few other things:
1. Be sure the patient has enough choline and doesn’t have snp’s that might promote the need for additional choline (PEMT and MTHFD1). Inadequate choline > inadequate acetyl choline > vagal motor outflow won’t create its final effects in the GI tract (reduction of inflammation and promotion of motility) if there’s no Ach release when vagal motor outflow fires up.
2. Be sure there’s no candida, as the shift toward Th2 that the candida cultivates will diminish surveillance against the whole range of unfavorable flora.
3. Nausea can be associated with hypoglycemia. If that’s the case here, you’ll need to be concerned about lack of fuel for M1 macrophages, and again a need to improve surveillance.
4. Pertaining to #3 above, gluconeogenesis in the liver is inhibited by STAT3, driven by IL-6. Vagal motor outflow is supposed to block Kupfer cell IL-6 production, which shuts this down.
5. If the patient is insulin resistant, the extra insulin will inhibit vagal motor outflow.Hope this helps 🙂

KeymasterHe means mostly junky chocolate but cocoa is very acidic so can be irritating also. You don’t wan tot eat anything in excess, so chocolate should be more of a treat. baking something with chocolate in it is probably fine because it is a small amount. The biggest concern is for those drinking coffee everyday while eating chocolate frequently, etc so I wouldnt worry 🙂

KeymasterUnfortunately I cannot answer that as I am not a doctor. Diagnosing is not within my scope of practice.

KeymasterHi Rachel and welcome to the platform! I hope you enjoy it 🙂
Usually people with recurring UTIs have biofilm issues.
I would actually suggest a candida cleanse which can help to balance dysbiosis in the body. I also would suggest olive leaf tincture or capsule along with liver and kidney drainage (under RESOURCES TAB) however please check with a doctor before taking the suggested supplements because obviously, you aren’t a client so i dont know your health history or anything and dont want to suggest something that can be harmful. Vitamin C and chlorophyll are great to take too. AT the end of the day, recurring UTIs are from poor kidney elimination, pathogenic imbalance (viruses and bacteria) and too much acidic toxicity usually coming from glyphosate, stress, diet, drinks, medications, etc. Eat only ORGANIC and drink lots of water too with high dose probiotics.
Hope this helps!
