KeymasterYes absolutely! When you stop a protocol too soon (just like a course of antibiotics), some of the yeast or pathogens you are trying to fight off will die however whatever has remained is now more resilient and “starving” so they will flare up quite quickly and are now more difficult to kill then before. If your wife got a yeast infection from eating that small amount of sugar, she definitely still has dysbiosis. Does this make sense and help?

Keymasterberberine is great to take at any time

KeymasterYou don’t get rid of PCOS. You can balance y0ur hormones but at soon as you have a lot of sugar or high stress etc, symptoms would return. you can be in remission but you cant “get rid of it”.
I did not see any other questions from you but I recommend this Berberine supplement as it helps with immune modulation but the one your nutritionist mentioned contains modified cellulose which is inflammatory so I wouldn’t take that one.
This one is good too: https://www.amazon.ca/Thorne-Research-Berberine-500-Botanical-Metabolism/dp/B07B6FNZXY/ref=sr_1_10?dchild=1&keywords=berberine&qid=1609079162&sr=8-10

KeymasterYou can have PCOS without having irregular cycles so if you are concerned you MAY have it, you would want to get properly checked ๐ COuld definitely be PMS ๐
You can take Berberine herb as a stand alone with the Metbaolic XTRA absolutely ๐

KeymasterHello,
You could try taking Metabolic XTRA which is a GREAT supplement for people with PCOS to balance blood sugar. The palpitations and dizziness could be due to your metabolic system but of course check with your practitioner before taking as this information you gave me here is unfortunately not enough to go off to make recommendations.
Also with PCOS, you always want to start off the morning with a filling breakfast such as sprouted oatmeal and berries or warm quinoa with apple sauce. Perhaps the chia pudding was too much fat and not enough carbs for energy too?

KeymasterIf you’re working with your practitioner, you would want to do what she is suggesting as we have conflicting ideas which could conflict with your protocol. if you dont feel confident she is tackling your imbalances correctly, you should find a new practitioner who you are comfortable working with. id love to work with you but I am not accepting new clients at this. You can always email my assistant to be added to the waitlist if interested. Just know that the liver should always be a main focus of each protocol so focusing on that is a good thing and something that i do with clients too, i am just not confident that those 3 UNDAS would work together however if she is confident that her protocol for you is good, then stick with it! My email is health@holisticspring.com.

KeymasterEndometrial polyps are usually a result of hormonal imbalance (perhaps PCOS) and and poor liver function. Perhaps doing liver and kidney drainage while working on balancing female estrogen. Usually fibroids, cysts and polyps are triggered by too much xenoestrogens which are very toxic so you want to pull that out with DIM and liver support. I usually suggest supplements like DIM & Detox, Liv complex, Metabolic XTRA , UNDA Biotherapeutic drainage, licorice root tea, and cutting out ALL sugar and starches. Obviously check with your practitioner before supplementing and understand that when it comes to shrinking polyps naturally, it can take time ๐
These are just suggestions as I dont know your health history so always be sure to do your own research and check with your current practitioner ๐

KeymasterSo many people experience stretch marks (especially boys on hips, shoulders and arms) so i personally wouldnt worry. However, you can give him a nourishing serum to moisturize his skin so that it can be a little more elastic. Make sure he is drinking LOTS of water too!
I like Shoosha ointment! https://shoosha.com/products/organic-rejuvenate-stretch-mark-serum?_pos=1&_sid=4b5e3f8ac&_ss=r

KeymasterYes I believe so., I called the company and they said you wouldn’t have aluminum leaching because of the ceramic coating. HOWEVER, you should do your own research and call them and discuss it to make sure it is truly non-toxic before using ๐

KeymasterHigh ferritin is an indicator of high inflammation.ย check the GI tract for dysbiosis and the diet should be anti-inflammatory. Ferritin is an acute-phase reactant like CRP and will go up when there is inflammation. So it’s worthwhile finding the source of inflammation.ย Make sure to avoid any supplements that contain iron.
A couple other things to ask your doctor to look into are: chlamydia pneumoniae, hemochromatosis and if necessary, you can do a test for HFEC282Y and H63D, the main culprits.
Of course, there are other reasons for high ferritin. In any case, you’ll want support for the formation of hydroxyl radicals formed by Fenton reactions which can damage membranes, in addition to dealing with what’s causing the elevated ferritin.
It is important to run an Iron panel (iron, transferrin, TIBC, sat %); if iron is truly high (and not just an increase of ferritin due to inflammation) you will want to consider supplementing glutathione for the below reasons:
– Iron is a cofactor (along with copper) for the Fenton reaction, higher iron levels will upregulate this pathway and catalyzing of Fenton reaction will deplete Glutathione status thereby inhibiting Th1 status.
– Vitamin D,ย Fish oil, and other agents that help support Treg activity through increased levels of TGFb will result also increased free radical production; TGFb also leads toย ย increased fibrosis due to plasminogen activator inhibitor type 1 (PAI-1))
– PAI-1 is considered to be an essential factor in the development of fibrosis and increased fibrosis can promote encapsulation of infections making it difficult to access and eradicate pathogens (GI dysbiosis or elsewhere in body) with antimicrobials.
– Increasing the GSH levels only inhibits the downstream effects of TGFb (oxidative damage and increased fibrosis), GSH does not inhibit TGFb itself, therefore increased activity of Treg cells that TGFb initiates is not impacted-

Keymastershiitake isnt as good as medicinal mushrooms such as reishi, chaga, lions mane, etc. Perhaps try one of those? ๐

KeymasterHello,
Yes absolutely avoid aluminum at ALL COST.ย I use only stainless steal for stovetop and then glass or ceramic for the oven.
I have my eyes set on this company one day. they are expensive but seem great and ive heard good things ๐ https://www.carawayhome.com/pages/about

KeymasterYou’re very welcome ๐ Hopefully we can work together soon! ๐
Marla Pietruszko
KeymasterYes correct, you can start with this protocol, then you could start with the BTD on this website while contuing the antifungals from the candida protocol and then continue working with a practitioner. Obviously without knowing your history or anything, these are very general suggestions and I cant take responsibility for anything as If you are to do these protocols, you would be doing them at your own discretion. The initial protocols I usually do with clients is very similar to me ebook so perhaps it could be a starting point for you to give you some relief as my waitlist is quite long.
