KeymasterHello!
There is usually bacterial overgrowth within the sinuses that trigger inflammation. This inflammation leads to tissue damage. I would be addressing the bacterial imbalance (using antifungals) and then taking antiinflammatories such as Curcumin. You may also want to consider antivirals also. Also, if you are breathing in toxic chemicals, smoke, fragrances, etc, it could be irritating the sinus membranes. Vaccinium Vitis Idaea Gemmo is great for mucous membranes however I am not sure if it is available in your country. Lastly, glutathione (liposomal) cna help repair mucosal linings.

KeymasterThis seems OK ingredient-wise.
I like Pure encapsulations coriolus for medicinal mushrooms or From the Reserve mushroom powders. For Magnesium, I use Magnesium glycinate.

KeymasterHey! bonfires are OK especially that they are only done here or there 🙂 Smoking CBD however is direct inhalation in the lungs and can cause scar tissue and damage which leads to poor lung drainage and elimination. I would suggest ingesting CBD rather than smoking 🙂

KeymasterI prefer to keep questions to yourself or your immediate family however I will answer this 🙂 I will break down your question into several parts.
First of all, Lyme disease is not always related to EBV.
Generally, EBV, CMV, HSV-1, HSV-2, etc. are all members of the herpes virus family. There are three basic virus families, retroviruses like HIV, herpes family, and flu type viruses. If a patient has a significant elevation of a herpes family virus, it can drive up the level of lab results for other herpes virus family members. In other words, if the HSV-1 lab result is 58x the top of the range, and the CMV lab result is 9x the top of the range, the HSV-1 result is the one to pursue. There may not actually be a CMV infection there at all. The CMV lab result may be triggered by the robust HSV-1 infection.
For EBV, the VCA and EBNA test components tell you the level of viral burden (more virions with higher lab result numbers). The early antigen level tells you if the virus is in the lytic stage of its life cycle. VCA and EBNA reflect a possibility of chronic disease when they are 5x the top of the range or more. Higher levels equate with greater likelihood of chronic infection. Early antigen is only present when the virus is in the lytic phase of its life cycle, the more active stage. So, high EA suggests more active chronic infection (unless IgM is also high, suggesting active new or newly reactivated infection vs. chronic).
Now, next topic… viruses are known to drive autoimmunity. I discuss this in most my videos. However, it’s important to understand that this relationship between viruses and autoimmunity involves the viral infection acting as a trigger. Once the immune system has made the signaling error involved in development of autoimmune disease, the virus no longer needs to be present. The T cells, B cells, antibodies, etc. involved in autoimmune attack no longer require the presence of the virus. The relevance of the virus at that point is that, if the virus is continuing to infect a tissue and therefore continuing to drive the creation of tissue debris, that debris could become the object of interest for a new T cell clone, in addition to the T cell clone that is driving the current autoimmunity. The development of new clones is called epitope spreading and I discuss this on holisticspring.com BLOG.
So, if you erradicate EBV, it doesn’t mean you can cure someones autoimmunity. However, persistently high viral loads will drive persistent chronic inflammation. The NFkB of the inflammatory process co-activates with the STAT3 that drives Th17 cell activation, driving autoimmune destruction. So, lowering viral loads can be very helpful with quieting down the extent of autoimmune activation against already established self-tissue targets.
Now, as regards your aunt specifically, the oral allergy syndrome she has developed was first manifested when she ate the blueberries. Unless the blueberries had a pesticide or odd fungus on them, let’s assume this is oral allergy syndrome. The task is to test the environmental allergens (birch, ragweed, timothy and bermuda grass, mugwort, latex) that we talked about in the webinar. For any of those that are abnormal, do IgE testing on the cross reactive foods. See if you find culprits. Hope this helps 🙂

KeymasterThe corticosteroid nasal spray will squash the sinus inflammation in the short term. But, it will promote Th2 dominance longterm. We know that Th2 dominance drives candida overgrowth and chronic inflammation. Cortisol induces apoptosis of Th1 cells and NK (natural killer) cells, so whatever bacteria you have in your sinuses will love this direction your going in and as soon as the steroid is stopped, the bacterial sinusitis will come roaring back. Not always, but so often that it’s likely the steroid is a poor maneuver.

KeymasterHey,
Glyphosate is a huge issue with the attack on the thyroid (and prior elevated TPOs) – ION Biome is a great product for cleaning this up or you can use biotherapeutic drianage and Gemmotherapy.
With herpes, baicalin is amazing for knocking it out – taken internally (is in the Pure encapsulations TH1 Support formula) and applied topically with some oil (LiftMode powder is the best). You likely have issues with amino acids and with B12 deficiency. Have you tested B levels? If gut was a big issue for you in the past, you may also not have been absorbing B12, in which case you may consider injections and/or liquid supplementation along with colostrum. Hormone production is also very dependent upon adequate amino acids and liver enzyme contributions.
Overall, the outbreaks suggest inadequate Th1 response. If you’re having herpes outbreaks, your immune system should be responding somehow. Your total WBC count ought to be up into the higher part of the range, for example. Often, patients with increased viral burden have too much anergy (lack of response), sometimes driven by elevation of TGFbeta, driven by MDSC’s. Or, there is burnout of the best and next best matched clones that were previously keeping the herpes inhibited. You can ask your practitioner about clonal burnout.
With regard to the thyroid nodules, remember that thyroid nodules are exceedingly common. Surgeons always want to take out half or all of the thyroid just because there are nodules. A clear, thorough thyroid workup will clarify whether this needs to happen. Most often, it does not. One should not remove the thyroid “just in case.” Remember that we don’t know everything about what the thyroid, or any other part of the body, does. We should not assume that we can take the gland out, give T4, and be break-even. That is not reality. Hope this helps!

KeymasterLglutamine and glutathione are completely different. One is for the gut, and one the liver.

KeymasterI like the liquid one personally. I like Genestra HMF Multi strain 50. For vitamin C, Pure encapsulations liposomal vitamin C is best.
Genestra collagen has the same effects as dr axe however the flavour is very specific so it cant be added easily to things. It tastes like a juice. Ive never heard of anyone getting stomach issues so I cant guarantee Genestra wont cause the same effect.

KeymasterNormally on a candida cleanse you would avoid most starch however during a liver cleanse, squash is ok. you do the drops 1 after the other.

KeymasterI would suggest practicing deep breathing, taking herbal teas like valerian, chamomile and holy basil and perhaps work with a professional to train your mind to let go of things you van’t control.
I have an eBook on anxiety and how to manage it naturally. https://holisticspring.com/?product=manage-anxiety-naturally
