unfortunately a month isn’t long enough you usually need to cleanse the liver for 6 months to a year to get it back to how it should be. I answered the liver cleansing questions in depth in my previous LIVE Q&A videos which you can re-watch to learn a lot about this 🙂
I can’t give you much adivce as you aren’t a client and I don’t know your history however typically you can go onto the candida cleanse but WHILE continuing the liver cleanse. NEVER do a candida cleanse without being on liver supporting supplements also.
If its not an actual skin irritation, it sounds like a nervous system issue perhaps? Sorry I cant be of more help!
they are all similar it just depends which type of algea or plant it is extracted from. What you really want to know is whether it is heavy metal free. Some brands gave testing does an some don’t. I like Pure le natural chlprophyll or genestra liquid chlorophyll.
Chlorella is better for binding to toxins such as mold and heavy metals and it contains lots of nutrients whereas chlorophyll is more of an alkalizer and colon cleanser. As far as liquid or tablet goes, it really is your preference:)
