I forgot to mention, I was doing a candida cleanse, but I had to stop because there were too many supplements for me and black walnut, the undas, black current bud and juniperus extract had alcohol and my stomach couldn’t tolerate it. Maybe it’s not the right time for that, idk.

I’ll talk to my practitioner about it after my endoscopy. Is it possible to do a candida cleanse without all those? (Although I’d keep the black walnut)

Yeah, I imagined they’d be bad. Good thing I didn’t already order anything lol.

I’ve found a store that sells only organic, vegan and cruelty free products in my country, which is great for my overall skincare. But I have no idea how to get rid of whiteheads and prevent them. If I’m not doing chemical peels, do you know what other options there are?

*Sidenote, though this doesn’t belong in this category, is there anything I can do to take chlorella in water without getting sick? I can barely handle the taste and smell. Is there anything else?

Thank you :)) and sorry for the late response!

I’m currently on a lot of supplements and it’s taking me a while to adjust. I’m doing both tvns and taking acetyl choline.

I also wanted to ask, how much aloe vera can I take in a day? I keep reading you can take up as much as 170 ml.

As for L-glutamine, gelatin and NAC, since they’re amino acids, should I keep them apart?

And I don’t know when exactly to take black walnut. Is it ok if I’ve been taking it right before meals?

Thank you! I’ll pair the NAC and antifungals with one of those. And no curcumin, got it!

Also, on the candida cleanse, are there any dietary phases or can I eat everything you mentioned in your book?

As for antifungals, should I alternate between black walnut and caprylic acid so that the candida doesn’t adapt to them by using them for an extended amount of time? I can’t do fungisode, unfortunately.

Sorry for such a late reply, I thought I had actually written back already! I’ve watched both videos and am mostly ready to begin my candida and parasite cleanse, plus the biotherapeutic drainage.

I have TH2 dominance (allergies, asthma, estrogen dominance like ovarian cysts, pms, pretty horrible periods) and I’m aware I should be supporting both th1 and th2 to balance them out, while building my immune system.

Is it ok to do all the following supplements: quercetin, curcumin, medicinal mushrooms and astragulus? Would it be enough? I know you also mentioned perilla extract and berberine. Should I include those?

Oh, that makes sense! But how should you begin immune modulation?

Hi! I’ve kind of shaped out a plan for the next few months (following liver support and the candida cleanse from your book), but I’m not sure what to do for liver and kidney support after finishing both of the biotherapeutic drainage protocols you’ve share on here.

Homeopaths in my country work with only one remedy at a time and wouldn’t prescribe me something just for this specific purpose. I know you always say to detox your liver for at least one year and that the best method is through homeopathics, but I’m not sure what to do. Do you usually keep working with undas when focusing on this part with your clients? If I can’t continue on homeopathics, should I go the herbal route? Is gemmotherapy an option?

Thank you, things are much more clear for me now. Also, is it possible to dissolve a cyst naturally? If it measures more than 5 cm, would the only option available be to have it surgically removed? Can doing the kidney and liver drainage, candida cleanse and taking the supplements for pcos and/or endometriosis be enough to not need a laparoscopy eventually?

Thank you so much! I found a shop that ships over to my country and finally decided to order the undas. So using homeopathics, I can do the Candida and parasite cleanse from your book as I start the kidney/liver detox, right?
