gastritis is more to do with poor vagal sitmulation, underactive stomach, stress and food sensitivities and sometimes H. pylori. Candida cleanse doesnt necessarily address that.

If you have further questions let me know!

Licorice root, oregano oil, berberis, olive leaf, curcumin, gelatin, glutamine and aloe are usually a great idea!

    Hi Marla,

I wrote in the chat a couple of days ago but I have a lot going on with my stomach and I really need assistance. For the past year I have been experiencing extreme burning in my abdomen. I have had stomach issues since 2017 but it was just bloating, gas, and constipation. In 2020 I was going through a very stressful period in my life, started struggling with severe anxiety and I started experiencing severe burning in my stomach. It started off with burning in my upper abdomen and when I told my doctor she told me to take omeprazole and this caused the burning the spread to my entire abdomen and now my lower back also burns. I did an endoscopy and doctors found that I had Hpylori infection, chronic active gastritis and duodenitis. I took the antibiotics to kill the bacteria and I tested again and the infection is gone. Months later, I still have severe burning in my stomach 24/7 whether I eat or not. I have tried aloe Vera juice, mastic gum, black seed oil, fenugreek seeds, but nothing has made even a slight difference. I have become severely depressed and I really need help. I would love to become your client. Before we get to that point, do you have any tips you can give me to get me started? This pain wakes me up out of my sleep and further intensifies my anxiety, my heart literally randomly drops all throughout the day. I just want to feel at least a little relief at this point!!

Hi Feride, I am sorry i dont know how I missed this! I didnt get a notification that you posted!

For H. pylori I suggest doing aloe vera gel, goldenseal, probiotics, lglutamine, marshmallow root and olive leaf! You can add in orgeano oil too and/or black seed oil. As far as dosages go, follow bottle dosage! I also have an article under the blog about H. Pyklori and also lots on SIBO 🙂 hope this helps!

Hello! The thing with burning mouth syndrome is that there can be SO MANY causes of it and it would be impossible for me to know what those are without running tests.

A few things to consider/do are:

    1. I would test for h. pylori – could be silent reflux from hypochlorhydria.
    2. I would look also into Mast cell activation syndrome, causing elevation of substance P, causing pain.
    3. Could be connected to perimenopause and sugar. Sometimes just avoiding sugar causes your mouth to not burn!
    4. Check for Lyme disease as this could be a rare symptom but noted in this publication: https://WWW.RESEARCHPOSTERS.COM/POSTERS/AAOHNSF/AAO2010/SP151.PDF
    5. get an allergy and food sensitivity test done (UgE, IgG, IgA ELISA test).

And figuring out the root cause is not easy, so set accurate expectations for yourself and be precise in your compliance, as it may take a while to sort out.

    Hope this helps!
