ParticipantHi Marla,
I wrote in the chat a couple of days ago but I have a lot going on with my stomach and I really need assistance. For the past year I have been experiencing extreme burning in my abdomen. I have had stomach issues since 2017 but it was just bloating, gas, and constipation. In 2020 I was going through a very stressful period in my life, started struggling with severe anxiety and I started experiencing severe burning in my stomach. It started off with burning in my upper abdomen and when I told my doctor she told me to take omeprazole and this caused the burning the spread to my entire abdomen and now my lower back also burns. I did an endoscopy and doctors found that I had Hpylori infection, chronic active gastritis and duodenitis. I took the antibiotics to kill the bacteria and I tested again and the infection is gone. Months later, I still have severe burning in my stomach 24/7 whether I eat or not. I have tried aloe Vera juice, mastic gum, black seed oil, fenugreek seeds, but nothing has made even a slight difference. I have become severely depressed and I really need help. I would love to become your client. Before we get to that point, do you have any tips you can give me to get me started? This pain wakes me up out of my sleep and further intensifies my anxiety, my heart literally randomly drops all throughout the day. I just want to feel at least a little relief at this point!!

ParticipantBtw I have a vitamin D and iron deficiency. After all the treatment and not seeing any progress, doctors say I have IBS. I feel like they just gave me that diagnosis but I have tried all the antacid, PPI’s, H2-blockers and I have not seen any difference. But as I watch your videos, this feels like more than just IBS and I want to get to the bottom of it.

KeymasterThere is clearly a LOT going on in the digestive system. I am not sure how long you have tried aloe vera, etc but in order to get results for something this severe, you need be consistent with remedies for months. I would highly suggest Lglutamine (as long as you dont have cancer), grassfed gelatin, marshmallow root and aloe vera gel. On top of that do high dose probiotics but start with a small dose and slowly increase. You also should be on digestive bitters such as goldenseal or black walnut combination #1. This is where I would suggest you start and do this for a couple months to soothe the gut first before taking anything else. You can find all these on puremarket.ca
Keep in mind that this is a generalized protocol/suggestion. Obviously because I dont know all your history you would need to check with your doctor before supplementing.
Lastly, consider trying transcutaneous vagal nerve stimulation every day!

ParticipantThank you for your response. The only other conditions I have is generalized anxiety
I started the aloe Vera gel 2 weeks ago and I have Lglutamine at home. I will look into the other supplements and purchase them. Should I be following a specific diet while doing this?

ParticipantAlso, are you taking any clients at the moment? I have exhausted all of the medications my doctor has recommended and nothing has worked.
