    Hello Marla, it’s the recipe on the 47th page for the colon cleanser drink, I’m confused as it says 1 glass straw can you please clarify that? Thanks

    I was tested for helicobacter and the results came out positive, can you please help me with any suggestions on what to take as for supplements,  what to do please help, I’m experiencing severe bloating a lot of burping, and indigestion… Thank you

    Hi Marla, I bought Black walnut hull from Iherb Im taking 2ml three times a day in a lil bit of water thats what it says on the bottle, I was wondering for how long should I take it just wanted to make sure as i m not really sure for how long it is safe to take it? Also, am I supposed to take something else with it or just to proceed with black walnut only? Thank you

    Oh ok sorry, for posting the question in the chat tab. Should I try shiitake mushroom for the staph or that might make things worse?
