    Hello Marla!

I’ve been following you since 2018 and been following your protocols ever since to heal my arthritis. The first few years I improve a lot and lost 50 lbs. After the pandemic hit, my symptoms intensified and I was told I had a cyst in my ovaries. My doctor told me my hormone levels had to be addressed and I’m waiting on blood work and ultrasound results, but it seems like nothing is working anymore. The pain from my arthritis got so bad I finally gave in to take medication but I hate what it’s done to my body and it’s preventing me from getting better but it’s the only thing helping me get out of bed. Do you have any recommendations for healing while slowing getting off medication? Or anything that would help rebalance my hormones to help me heal?

Thank you so much in advanced!

    Hey Cecilia!

it really depends on what is going on with your hormones but it definitely sounds like you need to do detoxification for the liver an kidneys as cyst formation indicates your body is holding onto toxins! i have my BTD protocol under the RESOURCES tab you can start following if you’d like and its safe to do alongside medication.

For hormones, taking inositol to balance blood sugar can be very beneficial along with astragalus for adrenals! Diet will be so powerful here, avoiding too many carbs, all sugar, gluten, dairy, nightshades, corn, soy and eating LOTS of organic cruciferous veggies and dark green leafy veggies!

    Hope this helps!
