Hey Marla I was wondering whether is a good idea for someone to take cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon that has low ish blood pressure. I had cayenne pepper a couple of times and it did lower my blood pressure one time was 90 with 70 and felt fainty. I believe cayenne pepper lowered it and was wondering do you think the same ?? My usual Blood Pressure is 110 with 80 or 90. So decided not to take cayenne pepper anymore although it’s good for blood circulation but I’m gonna have to try something else.

cayenne can certinly improve circulation however if you have autoimmune, it is not recommended. ginseng and ginger also have similar effects.

As far as I’m aware I don’t have an autoimmune but does that mean I have some autoimmune issue and that’s why that happened?

not just autoimmune but any skin issues or chronic inflammation should avoid nightshades as they are histamine forming. I cant say whether or not you have autoimmune. that would be a question for your doctor 🙂
