Yes sorry, still getting use to this group. Loving it by the way!! ❀

I posted a few questions I had in the Q and A for the live video, but will post them here as well as I’m not sure the best place toΒ  Β  post!!

I have read that iron supplements can feed bad bacteria, was wondering if I’m extremely deficient if I should not worry about them feeding that bad bacteria? When I was on faramax I did not need iron infusions (I have tried a lot of iron supplements over the past 10yrs). I went off when I started the SCD diet and now I’m needing infusions again every couple months. Curious your thoughts?

Also, I watched your video on crohns and you suggest multivitamin, I have multi SAP by NFH is this a good one for autoimmune disease? Crohns

I find my gut cannot handle beef bone broth or great lakes collagen powder (grass fed beef) but have no issues with chickbone broth. Any insight on this? Steak will put me in a 3day flare

    Thanks a bunch, Danielle

Hi Danielle! I answered these questions in the LIVE Q&A #14 video last night. That video will be up later today under the VIDEOS tab for you to rewatch and your questions were answered first πŸ™‚ I also show in the video where to post questions and all that πŸ™‚

I watched! Thanks a bunch!! I’m on your waiting list, but am wondering where should I start? Like candida cleanse or live kidney cleanse? I have done comprehensive stool analysis and some other testing which didn’t show any parasites or much candida however it was a month after a colonoscopy which i did a big flush and i was also nursing so not sure if that makes a difference. I do get worried to try new supplements as so many bother me. You mentioned l-glutamine and I’ve taken that and it caused me to flare (tried it several different times and I’m certain that was the cause of the flare. The interesting thing is I did the elemental diet for 7 weeks (no food just elemental) and had no issues and the 2nd or 3rd ingredient is l-glutamine. Could it be foods that I’m eating and then the l-glutamine triggers? I seriously cannot wait to work with you one on one as I’m so determined to heal and so desperate, I’ve worked with several drs! Thanks for answering my questions

Start with the biotherapeutic drianage on this website as it is very gentle and add in slippery elm and/or marshmallow root, curcumin tea and SOFT DIET that is LOW STARCH/CARB πŸ™‚

Stool analyses almost always come out with false negatives due to biofilms(ive explained why in several youtube videos) but here is one you can checkout!Β https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Of7ijoXh7Rw&ab_channel=HappyHolisticLife

Yes with Chrons many new supplements will irritate so always start with small doses and work up slowly.

Its hard to say without diving deeper why you feel you flare with lglutamine. Have you taken it with food in the past or on its own? As SOON as a spot opens up we will let you know! πŸ™‚ CHrons is a VERY challenging condition and takes lots of trial and error!

Can I do the candida diet and liver drainage at the same time? After watching your video i think without a doubt i have candida overgrowth!! Also, I asked in other category but since I’m here where can I find your supplement store to get the kidney drainage products and perhaps the antifungals you mentioned for me in video 14? Thank you so much

Yes you can do them together but may need to start with LOW DOSES of the antifungals πŸ™‚

You can find them at http://www.puremarket.ca and use the code HSMP10 or HSMP20 to save $10 or $20 OFF πŸ™‚

Hi Marla, I did have a couple more questions (sorry). I watched video 14 again and you mentioned that if parasites are present then I would want to take care of that first bc they would be taking my nutrients. Does this apply to the kidney and liver drainage? Like would the parasites be taking the UNDAs and other products for that cleanse? I was planning to start the liver drainage first so wanted to ask!! Also, I’m thinking I definitely have parasites or in an infection bc I’ve been dealing with chronic intestinal pain and anemia for 21yrs and today they were able to reach the crohns (deep in the small bowel) and he said 2cm of crohns, couple ulcers and I’m at the beginning stages and that its not that bad (still gave me a script for steroids tho). So this tells me crohns is the result of whatever has been causing all the inflammation for all these years (I think I know exactly how it started).

2nd question what gelatin do you recommend if I can’t have beef products? I just ordered marine collagen powder and would like to order gelatin too. Lastly, what aloe do you recommend if I were to buy liquid? Loving the marshmallow root, thank you!!

    Thank you so so much!!

<p style=”text-align: left;”>Also is it ok to do the liver and kidney drainage and take antifungals while on entocort (its a type of steroid) ? Lastly, do you think glutathione iv therapy is better than liposomal glutathione? Thank you!!</p>

Another question i have is i just watched your video on biofilms and Th2 dominance. You mentioned that steroids can increase Th2 dominance (this scares the crap out of me). So I’m wondering how steroids reduce inflammation? From what I understand the purpose of the steroids is to reduce the inflammation in the body. Can you explain this to me please?
