ParticipantHi Marla, I’m dealing with a staph infection for over 10 years, I have been on A lot of antibiotics and that just made it worse and I even have biofilms it’s mainly on my groin area. Now I take probiotics, minerals and vitamins it gets better a little bit but it flares up out of nowhere sometimes too. Any suggestions, opinion, or advice, please 🙂
Also, I think I have fungus too please help lol
Final question my mom has this redness on her nose and it goes a little bit on her cheeks too and it lasts for 2-3 hours she feels hot as well when the redness appears and that’s usually around 6-7 o’clock in the afternoon. Her nose is very blocked and dry as well as her mouth in the morning. At first, we thought the cause may be from her hypothyroidism but then this redness started a couple of months ago and she has hypothyroid for 10 years so far, any opinion any help, please 🙂
Thank you

KeymasterHey! Welcome 🙂
First of all with an infection such as staph, you need to be off ALL sugar including naturals sugars as well as starches. The only starches allowed in moderation would be berries, buckwheat and peas, squash. You also need to start a candida cleanse with liver and kidney drainage. I have a step by step ebook protocol for this that you can follow or you can do it on your own but regardless, you want to start taking antifungals, antiparasitics, antibacterials and antivirals.
For your mom, I cant diagnose as I am not a doctor, however, ive seen many people with that redness and it is usually rosacea. I have Youtube videos on rosacea and BLOG posts too if that is what it is 🙂

ParticipantOh ok sorry, for posting the question in the chat tab. Should I try shiitake mushroom for the staph or that might make things worse?

Keymastershiitake isnt as good as medicinal mushrooms such as reishi, chaga, lions mane, etc. Perhaps try one of those? 🙂

ParticipantHello dear Marla as I stated previously I’m dealing with a staph infection for years it’s mainly in my growing area. I’m on a keto diet avoiding dairy, starches, and the whole nine yards. It’s been almost three months on this diet and I do like it and want to continue with it however I still notice flareups (very mild tho), especially before my period starts, It has always been like it, the flareups are worse before period. I’m on glutathione, done some liver detoxing, taking diatomaceous earth and NAC too sometimes I take oregano oil but haven’t used oregano oil in 2 months. I’m concerned why I still get the mild flare-ups, do I need to add something or am I doing anything wrong? I do take organic liquid stevia could that be the problem?! have no idea what’s happening feeling so lost. Please help its been years dealing with staph the scars are beyond ugly but that is not even the problem I just want it to go away.

ParticipantOh also forgot to add that I still have some redness on my armpits in the creases (not related to staph infection) its not itchy thank god (it use to be but not now) and if that is more red flared up the staph thing on my groin is gone not active, and when the staph is more active the underarm is fading more so yeah its crazy cycle, please help.

Keymasterit sounds like you have a lot of dysbiosis. I would be stopping the DE and oregano oil and instead doing black walnut WHILE taking NAC, chlorella and liver support (obviously check with your doctor before taking these supplements as these may not be appropriate for you).
Also I do not recommend KETO diet for too long as it can overburden the liver and can make you more acidic. Try eating a lot more alkaline foods and veggies and instead of so much fat, eat more protein and complex carbs (squash, buckwheat, berries, etc).

ParticipantOh, I see thank you so much for the reply, speaking of dysbiosis I have noticed that as the day progresses My stomach is more and more bloated so I’m wondering what could that be and what can I do to improve it? I’m taking betaine and digestive enzymes I also have gallstones just thought to mention that, was wanting to know what would you suggest on that one? Thank you again for the reply God bless 🙂

Keymastertypically it could mean an underactive stomach, not enough digestive enzymes and/or pathogens fermenting food in the gut causing increased gas in the intestines throughout the day. Usually it is a combination of all 3 things. FOllowing my guidelines on SIBO on youtube would be a great place to start!
1. Do TVNS
2. Follow a candida cleanse (supplements and diet)
3. include liver support
4. Eat soft foods, bone broth, smoothies, etc.
5. take Betaine HCl and digestive enzymes if needed
6. for gallstones, I would recommend homeopathis but since you cant access them where you live, doing the amazing gallbladder and liver flush (mentioned it in your other post) may be a good place to start .
