Okay, I do not take the Genestra all the time but here and there when I feel a tiny cold coming in. I meant to say I currently have at home Genestra HMF Intensive 25 billion. I was told not to take due to sibo.

When you had sibo or most of your clients have do you advice them to take Bacillus coagulans? Or is best to avoid for now? I know and have heard that string of probiotic does help.  I am just curious to know.(:

How do I fix sibo? I must support the liver, do a good parasite/ candida cleanse, reduce stress? I know this has to do with the gut and brain connection. I also know going on a low fodmap adding antifungals such as berberine would be part of the sibo short term diet to fix that up? I want to know advice and what tips and how MOST people remission from sibo.
