Hi Marla. I sometimes get yeast infections and the doctor will prescribe an antibiotic. What can i do or take naturally when i do have a yeast infection instead of taking an antibiotic? Thank you.

Hey! You need to cut out ALL sugar and alot of fats as fatty foods and sugars create mucous and dampness in the body. You also want to drink pau d’arco tea, take high dose probiotic, ACV shots every morning, and antifungals with liver support. If you have recurring yeast infection, it means there is probably a biofilm issue so working on immune modulation is important to. A good starting point would be my seasonal candida cleanse as it includes liver support and a biofilm disrupter too. From there, you can start to change your diet and incorporate some of the above remedies 🙂 I hope this helps?

<p style=”text-align: center;”>Hi Marla. Thank you for your response. Where can i find the tea? What probiotic would you recommend? I have taken Dr Axe probiotic sbo, is that a good one to continue taking?. Which antifungals do you recommend?Along with taking the ACV shots and cutting sugar for how long would i do this for? I will see when i get your book as i am low on funds at the moment. Thank you!</p>

I buy the tea form my local health food store however im sure you could get it online! 🙂 Always check with your doctor or practitioner before taking any supplements or herbs 🙂

For candida, I really like HMF intensive 500! It the MOST potent probiotic on the market and works SO WELL! This probiotic is expensive but it is in Canadian dollars and you can use 1/5 of the packet to get 100 billion CFU daily and this box and price will last you 5 months at that dosage so it is the most affordable way to go in the long run 🙂 Dr axe is good but should be taken with human strain probiotics as SBOs cant repopulate gut bacteria.  You would need to follow the protocol until our symptoms are relieved… at least 3 months.
