Hey Marla! I hope you are doing well! I drink out of a lot of mason jars, and in the past, I have bumped my front tooth and it developed little rectangular, slight toothache discoloration coloration, I was told by a dental assistant that it was because my tooth pulp had died in those areas. I was wondering if there was anything that could be done holistically to help with the discoloration?

    Hey!

You can eat foods to increase dentin in the tooth (greens, magnesium, calcium rich foods, fish oil) but if the actual tooth is damaged, it may be hard to reverse that
