Yes you can try taking those to help. I like castor oil packs too (YouTube ahs tutorials on those).

Yes fish oil is OK with SIBO. Take HCl WITH a meal. yes you can take extra enzymes but dont overdo it as you want your body to produce it on its own too.

I cant say if you should be on calcium or not but i never suggest taking it on its own (always pair with magnesium). I like genestra cal mag.

Thank you! I will look up the video!

Do you know of another brand name that has bile that works great? without the porcine?

Adding more to my question. I have been looking for a bile without porcine and I found this. What are your thoughts? https://www.seekinghealth.com/products/ox-bile-120-capsules

I did not take it today, to see if my knee problem was from the bile and I think it seems to be. Have you had any clients before have trouble taking bile with porcine or without porcine just bile? What do you suggest? Bile has helped me so much, but since not taking it today I found my knee pain less and less by the hour.

I have been looking more and I saw this https://www.pureformulas.com/ox-bile-125-mg-180-vegetarian-capsules-by-allergy-research-group.html

would you find this clean and fine?

as always, I am adding more to the questions. thank you Marla!

    both supplements looks good.

Bile wouldnt cause knee pain (that I know of) so it must be coincidence and relieving by something else youre doing/taking. Bile from porcine or ox also doesn’t matter. its the same substances that is extracted so wouldnt have different effects.

Okay, great to know. I miss taking bile! I feel so different when taking it vs not taking it and vegan enzymes are not enough to fully break down the fat and protein powder.

I was looking at some caster oil today at Sprouts. Do you find this brand Heritage Store Caster Oil clean?

The pain is gone. One drop of YL helichrysum fixed me up. So that means maybe my knee (only left side) is or I can say was inflamed? It was not just pain, but like a nerve or bone kinda moves. It is hard to explain.

How do you treat your vegan clients who do not use bile? Or they do use it? Is there any other rather than Ox bile? Maybe I will take it again tomorrow and see how I feel.

I got my black walnut from Genestra (I ordered it off from Amazon). It looks good and it expires in 2023.

How is a good way to start taking Black Walnut? Just before I eat? And what is a good way to start with how many drops? What is the best you advice for most clients being on Black Walnut for the first time? Even when taking betaine hcl both at the same time?

I have been almost 2 weeks of and on with olive leaf and daily with berberine for the past 2 weeks. I see a big change in my gut!. The tinnitus though still goes up and down. It was low at some point starting then kinda went a little higher before & during my period. I will try not to have snack in between meals anymore. Having tea though is fine right?

any castor oil is ok if it is pure and organic. yes most likely it was inflammation.

I suggest my vegan clients take it but if they dont want to, we use homeopathics to support gallbladder that depend on their constitution, miasms, etc.

take black walnut with food, and you can do as little as you want and the highest amount is bottle dosage. youc an take with betaine hcl.

try to be more consistent with olive leaf rather than off and on for it to work properly. yes tea is ok

Hello Marla, my knee is doing so much better! Thanks to helichrysum oil.(: I apply it day and night. I did take half of bile from Doughlas lab and I did feel a tiny pain return. It must be the porcine in it. In spit of that, it helps me so much to digest my food!!!!!!! Do you know any bile that works good like bile alone?

For example: to have breakfast in the morning my vegan enzymes just before I eat, then hcl right after my enzymes or wait until my first bite of food?? and right after that black walnut with food? πŸ™‚

I have been feeling a little constipated, more like I go, but not all the way. I wish to have some fiber, but with fiber I bloat like a boat! lol. Lentils I could try? I will get some sprouted lentils tomorrow! Is aloe vera gel from the real leaf okay for sibo? It is like a supplement to me.:D

what is the best best magnesium citrate supplement?

Thank you Marla! πŸ˜€ I enjoy writing you and being on this amazing platform!

Hi Marla! ^ I am adding more to my questions here.

I took less than half of betaine HCL, before that I took bile (half only) 20 mins before and it works. I notice no mucus after I ate a lot of my yummy cumin organic chicken with coconut milk. Although, I did bloat with pain. I think because I only took half and I need more of hcl & full bile to? I also took my vegan enzymes. Do you think just doing bile alone without the vegan enzymes I will still have the full benefit (even if I take one bile sup)? then when I am eating having hcl.

What is the proper dose for Betaine hcl? the Genestra says 2 caps. Have 1,500 mg. How do you suggest clients to have betaine hcl? You tell them to work there way up slowly?

What are the first supplements you advice clients to take when they have sibo?

Vegan enzymes do not work for me, I am really better off with bile and hcl. When is a good time adding vegan enzymes?

These can be and you suggest 99.9% of most clients to take both bile and betaine hcl during breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Hello Marla, I hope my message was sent ^^

I went to see my NP yesterday. And I am still estrogen dominance. I was told to take this: https://www.gaiaherbs.com/products/chaste-tree-berry-certified-organic?variant=20669118152815&gclid=Cj0KCQiAst2BBhDJARIsAGo2ldVnaRJu1qtYoczaOS1RfGmfFyxGwo-bIrrrmwVp-9ArelgSLoAwwpMaAp2zEALw_wcB

    Do you find it clean?^

Also, last year when I got tested I had high levels of iron, but now I am low. My NP suggest me to eat red meats. My question is a person who is dealing with SIBO will be okay eating red meat? If I supplement with bile and Betaine HCL?

I also i’m a little low on vitamin A and zinc not to low but kinda low. I was recommended to take zinc along with a my hormone blend which already has 15mg if I supplement with an extra 15mg would that be to much? Do you tend to give clients extra zinc?

And for vitamin A what is a better way to get it? I am taking my fish oil from genestra daily less than a table spoon lol. I just do not want to overdose.

Also, other than supplements what is another natural way to bring up progesterone ?

What are your thoughts on manuka honey? Would this be ok on the candida diet or would it feed it? What brand and dose would you recommend if you think it’s worth trying?

Rosemary, you would do bile 20 mins before, vegan enzymes and HCl with food πŸ™‚ You can definitely try without the enzymes and see how that goes! if you have an underactive stomach, you want to do around 1500mg, sometimes even more than that. I advise my clients to take take digestive aid with each meal. I find that pancreatic enzymes work better than vegan enzymes.

Lentils are great for fiber and yes aloe vera is awesome! All Magnesium citrate is the same so any brand is good!

The tincture is good πŸ™‚ for low iron i would suggest a liver supplement (I like genestra TLIP). but yes you can have red meat just make sure it is organic and chew it well πŸ™‚

I like giving zinc to testosterone dominant clients and I would do 30mg daily. For vit A, I like genestra A-mulsion. For progesterone, i like doing clary sage essential oil topically over the uterine area (dilute with coconut oil) and evening primrose oil (ingested) during the second half of your cycle.

Thank you for being here πŸ™‚

Danielle, I love manuka honey but unfortunately not during a candida cleanse πŸ™ Normally I would say 1-2tsp every couple days if you do NOT have dysbiosis. For the brand, my favourite is wedderspoon!

Hello Marla and thank you, I tried bile again and it gave me like weird chest not like pain, but I felt so weird. I also felt like throwing up. Does this happen when clients take bile? What is more of a better way to get bile other than from ox and porcine? Any vegan biles? Like you mention homeopathic remediesΒ can help? What is ONE you suggest for most vegan clients?

I really do not understand why I react the way I do when taking bile. :/

For progesterone doing clary sage essential oil how often? I have the Dr. Axe Organic Hormones For Women Essential Oil Blend. Would this be okay? I use it during my period and it helps SO much! Or do you suggest clary sage alone?

I am eating quinoa sprouted and it seems to be okay in my gut, I also added back kiwi. I know this is not candida friendly. I am still talking the antifungals. How long should a person be on black walnut? I take 10 drops. How many drops do you suggest clients do?

How about for a person who is a little low on zinc? but my testosterone is fine. Would you find that safe? I take already 15mg daily. And my NP wants me to add a little more. She says zinc helps with the tinnitus. Which I know. This is my test result on zinc:65 ug/dL. I hope i put the right info lol. Can I take a photo here?

My vitamin A is 23.2 ug/dL. What are your thoughts on this? I am not to low, do you think going a little higher will be okay?

Lentils are so yummy, and they are safe for both candida and Gaps diet, but that kind of fiber is okay?

I was mainly eating so much fat and protein that is why Maybe I got constipated. I am now doing better. I know this is a big no for SIBO, but I bought psyllium husk if needed for constipation and how do you suggest people to do it? Would it be safe like wake up first thing in the morning have that wait 30 mins or so then do lemon water (I add it also with ceylon cinnamon).

Thank you for allowing me to be here!

btw I got some Nuco coconut wraps. They are candida and gaps friendly right? They are sooooooo good! I eat 3 a day I put organic chicken meat, organic arugula, slice avocado with lil bit of quinoa.

Marla, Would you find it safe to take Nuzest Protien powder that has L-Glutamine, as you know I take the liver detox and it also has L-Glutamine would I over dose? or is it something that could be safe.
