    Hi Marla,

    Summer is upon us! We are all headed outdoors-camping, lakes and beaches. I know you have videos mentioning sunscreen & home made insect repellent but it would be great to have the information accessible in one place! I would like to know which dangerous chemicals to avoid, what to look for and your current recommendations for sunscreen and insect repellent. Thank you!

    Here is the insect repellent that is homeopathic based! http://www.mozi-q.com/

    For ingredients, I suggest avoiding any product that contains:
    oxybenzone, avobenzone, octisalate, octocrylene, homosalate and octinoxate.
    Titanium dioxide nanoparticles, retinyl palmitate or retinol, Parabens, wheat germ, etc.
