    Good morning,

Could you please share your views on optimal doses of resveratrol to balance immune response? Some research shows that small doses can have an immune-stimulating effect and higher doses can be an immunomodulator but I am struggling to find precise recommendations.

I would want to know more about a specific case before venturing a thought about what dose would be suitable.
Generally, resveratrol will tend to reduce inflammation. An important part of how it does this is by promotion of sirtuins. SIRT2 induces deacetylation of alpha tubulin, the effect of which is to inhibit inflammasome assembly. This can be profoundly quieting of inflammation. That might be suitable in a lupus patient or anyone with autoimmune.

If you have particular papers about immune-stimulating effects or other effects, you’re welcome to post links here, so everyone can see what you have in mind.
