My husband is sneezing every morning almost right away after he wakes up (under 10 minutes). No mater what the situation, he sneezes every morning. He is saying that he sneeze because he walks out of bed bare foot and he might be cold :)) But i don’t think so. Because he has a congested nose every morning, and some days itching in the back of he’s mouth. He is also prone to dust allergies. And has a Deviated septum. He feels good and healthy overall, but he had this issues since he was little. He also snores at night. So all issues are related to the nose. I know it can be and underlying cause (candida overgrowth, parasites), that he should address, but are there any remedies that can give relieve, so he can breath a bit easier at night, without using conventional nose sprays? I think the deviated septum plays a big role in this, and i bet the only solution is surgery, right? he’s avoiding the surgery like the plague :))) so at least some temporary relieve until he takes that step, would be useful ! 🙂
