My sleep schedule is thrown off course and has been like this for a few years. I always fall asleep after 6 am, but at different times everyday and for different amount of hours every time (sometimes 2 hours, sometimes 6, but never really 8) do you have any advice for how to reset your circadian rhythm? Or how to get back on a normal schedule?

Also, does it take a long while for melatonin to improve your sleep? What are other things to make you fall asleep faster/make you sleepy?

Please visit the RESOURCES tab as I have a lot of info there on sleep/circadian rhythm 🙂
