Hi Marla! Thank you for this platform, I am new here and thrilled.

I have done your candida cleanse a couple of times (not well enough though), and seen improvements. I still have a bad rash under my armpits that I suspect is a fungal infection. But my eczema is way better than before as are my nails, so yay!

Anyway, I would like to share what I’ve been thinking about doing this time, since I want to do a cleanse as well as I can. Could you please share your thoughts?

    1) Basic Liver and Kidney Drainage (if I can access the UNDAs)
    – Is it ok to drink herbs like dandelion tea along side with the drainage?
    – I have understood that a digestive enzyme also would help
    – Is it ok to do a 24 hour fast while doing this drainage protocol?

    2) Candida and Parasite Cleanse (I have understood from you that you can take The gemmotherapy for 8 weeks, even though the e-book says 6?). After that, MAYBE Liver and Kidney Drainage part 2 if my budget allows (UNDA 2, UNDA 20, UNDA 74)

    3) Leaky Gut Protocol

I also have a hard time managing my anxiety, which probably is a big driving cause of everything. What would be the most important supplement? Alongside deep breathing of course.

A huge thank you, hope you are doing well and keep on being awesome 😀 I’m sure I’ll have more questions.

    Hi again,

Turns out I cannot access UNDAs, but GUNA products instead. Are you familiar with them and do you recommend to use those instead for cleansing the liver?

If not, what could I do as a substitution for homepathics before I start the candida cleanse?

I do have some leftover Gemmo from another brand (Herbalgem) that I could take. Would it be an option if I were to do it for some weeks, then take a break, and then take it again during the candida cleanse?

    Thanks a lot,
    Inga-Stina

    Hello and welcome!

Yes, rashes especially armpits are pathogenic overgrowth typically!

    1. yes absolutely teas are great

    2. digestive enzyme are great but digestive bitters are even better if you can!

    3. If you do not have blood sugar issues or any reason why you shouldnt be fasting (ask your doctor) then yet fasting for 24 hours a couple times can be very beneficial. dont do this long term or it can mess with hormones though.

    4. yes you can do the gemmo for 8 weeks (max) then stop and continue the candida cleanse for another couple months alongside UNDAs or herbs.

    5. anxiety: cortisol calm from pure encapsulations or if you cant get that, astragalus, lemon balm and valerian !

I am not familiar with GUNA unfortunately but if it is homeopathic drainage, you can try it out!

only do the Gemmo for 8 weeks altogether, i dont recommend starting then stopping. i would start and see it through for 8 weeks max.
