Thanks for educating us on this important topic and organ. You mentioned that sugars are bad for the gallbladder, does this mean fruit sugars as well? Also, can you explain bit more on what other foods are harmful for the gallbladder?
You never should consume excess fruit because fructose is very straining to the liver and if the liver is strained, so is the gallbladder. You wan tot eat very alkaline, foods that are lower in saturated fats. Lots of veggies, some fruit, mainly citrus which are very cleansing, whole grains such as buckwheat and quinoa, olive oil, small amount of nuts and seeds, and lean protein.
