Hi Marla, I have a question about using the Ancient Apothecary hormones for women essential oil. I am currently taking a supplement for my hormones and I wanted to know if it is okay if I can use that essential oil even while I am supplementing? My holistic doc does not know much about oils.

I would suggest pausing it for now as it really depends on the type of supplements you take. you dont want to disrupt anything and its hard for me to give you a definite answer without having your full history and all the info on the medication you are currently only I would say try diffusing it rather than applying topically for now 🙂
