I thought I posted a question but I can’t find it now so I’m sending it again just in case. My roommate has been kind of sickly from a pretty young age. She also had mono a few years ago. She was sent to do a few checkups last week including thyroid. The results came back saying her thyroid gland is 4 times larger than normal. The doctor’s solution is to remove it but I really hope she won’t. I know the lifelong side effects. Is there anything you can recommend or something you suggest she do?
I would suggest she tries thyroid drainage and homeopathics to regulate her thyroid however I cannot give recommendations for that here without doing a full workup on her. What I can say is that it is more important now than ever for her to eat completely gluten, nightshade, dairy, soy, sugar, canola oil, and processed food free. This will be her first step to improving her health and balancing her hormones.
