    Hi Marla!

New member here, thanks so much for this membership and the chance to connect. Love your videos! Just to give a little background, my boyfriend has been a long sufferer of gut sensitivity, digestive, and respiratory issues. Went through GI Mapping, Organic Acid and Adrenal/Cortisol testing this past year. Gut doesn’t look horrible, deficient in good bacteria, definite gluten antibodies, very low cortisol, and needs inhaler to breathe. We have been doing a mostly digestible (liquid) paleo/aip diet (cut out all gluten, dairy, nightshades) and it seemed to help a lot, but this EXTREME choking cough has returned and we cannot figure out why. He started getting super bloated/constipated, so I have him doing a light liver cleanse (supporting both phases) at the moment, but just totally stuck on what to do next or perhaps what conventional testing/scanning he needs? Conventional doctors have been SO helpful in telling him he needs 45 inhalers for the rest  of his life (rolling my eyes), so just trying to figure out best plan of action here. He had this before we started doing mostly liquid meals, then it stopped and his energy returned and all was wonderful and we were about to start addressing the low cortisol bit, but then a few short weeks later the choking cough is back with Sooooo much mucus. Obviously, trying to retrace steps, but could really use some guidance on this… sorry if this was way too long. Is this where a food sensitivity test might come in handy? Ultrasound for hernia?? Not sure and super open to suggestions…

Thanks for your help! I have been totally watching you from the beginning, congrats on your certifications and practice! An inspiration…
