    Hello!

I use Earthwise Witch Hazel: https://www.amazon.ca/Earthwise-Pure-Witch-Hazel-Distillate/dp/B01LY6PHHD/ref=sr_1_6?crid=2L3Y63LG0IE0M&dchild=1&keywords=alcohol+free+witch+hazel&qid=1593263625&sprefix=alcohol+free+wit%2Caps%2C214&sr=8-6

As for water, I ONLY use Berkey and think it tastes absolutely delicious! I have yet to come across any other filter that filters as much as BERKEY does including glyphosate, viruses, mold, etc! What do you mean by it didn’t taste good?

Thank you so much for joining! 🙂

Thank you so much for the reply. I will be ordering that witch hazel. The witch hazel I currently have is organic, but it has alcohol in it. I’m glad to try one with no alcohol.

Yea, it tasted like metal. I washed it so many times and it kept tasting the same. And it took forever for the tank on the bottom to be full to lol.

I have a few more questions. (Hope this isn’t to much to ask)

For hand sanitizer I am using the thieves from Young Living. I just would like to know if you have any diy ideas to make my own sanitizer. The Young Living one is so gentle. I just am concerned because it has alcohol. I only put one drop. LOL I really care what goes in my skin.

Do you know of other house hold cleaning products that is none toxic that work great for like real stubborn stains like hair dye stains & black stains in the tub? I am using the thieves, along with baking soda, white vinegar, lemon oil and I use Sal Suds from Dr. Bronner’s and still has a little bit of the stain. I would love to know!

I have soo many more questions. I would maybe save them for the group chat on zoom. If I do join the chat my voice very soft and may be hard to understand me. I will do the best I can to speak clear and loud. If not I can type on the zoom chat. I just wanted to inform you. I can’t wait for the group chat! Thank you so much Marla!

it should not taste like metal…. and the bottom takes a while to fill if you dont have enough filters installed (you typically need 4).

The alcohol in thieves is denatured with peppermint oil so shouldnt cause issues. For DIY sanitizer, I have a recipe on my blog: https://holisticspring.com/index.php/all-natural-diy-hand-sanitizer-recipe/

I use thieves for cleaning and i heard that something called enzyme cleaner is great for stains but ive never used it myself. i personally dont use any stain removers sorry!

Make sure to leave your zoom questions under the FORUM tab so that I can answer them.

    Have a great day!

Thank you for replying and all the info.

Oh okay, I will do that. I do have some more questions. I would write here. When the time is near I’ll think of some other questions lol for zoom.

    1. What is the most cleanest charcoal face mask that is safe to use? I want to use it to keep my face clean.

    2. Do you know of any collagen serums that work? I tried the brand NOW & Be Natural Organic they seem okay. I am 26 years old, I know that i’m still young to say this, but I have tiny wrinkles on my forehead. hehe

    3. Do you know which is the best vitamin C serum? Would you recommend people to use it? Every night I just apply jojoba oil with frankincense. I am planning on ordering helichrysum from YL. I’ve heard is good for the skin. (:

    Thank you, Marla!!!!!!!:D

I personally dont use a charcoal face mask but any company is OK if the ingredients are simple! You can even use JUSt charcoal with water.

I think when working on the skin, it is always best to address aging from the inside! consume collagen internally, take LOTS of antioxidants internally, etc. Topically, I like using green envee rejuvenating eye serum (it doesnt contain collagen but it is firming) and the body deli creme de la rose face cream.

I use C-boosting serum from Stem-botany but again, i think the est would be to consume liposomal vitamin C internally.

Also, just another reminder, this discussion section is for controversial topics that multiple people would discuss. Please post ALL questions to the Q&A forum or LIVE tab to keep the website organized.
