    Hi, just wanting to know what brand zinc is best to take and what dosage? Also what brand Matcha tea do you recommend. Thank you

    I love zinc picolinate from Genestra (follow bottle dosage). For Matcha, my favourite is KETO Matcha from Ancient Nutrition 🙂

    Thanks for the quick reply. Do you know how many mg is in a tablet?
    Because i see alot of brands are 50mg and im not sure what the reccomended dosage is.

    there is 30mg i believe in the Genestra one. This lower dose is good for maintenance however if you get sick, i suggest going up to 200-250mg and then coming back down after you recover.
