KeymasterThis article I wrote might be of use to you https://holisticspring.com/index.php/th1-and-th2-immune-imbalance-in-relation-to-autoimmune-disease/
As for foods for Th1 and Th2, there really isn’t such thing. Especially that Th1 and Th2 are opposites. In general, you just want to eat a low sugar, lower starch high vegetable, fat and protein diet. Hope this helps!

ParticipantSorry, for the late reply on this topic! I do not take glutathione everyday, because I am taking selenium. When I don’t take selenium I take glutathione. Would it be save to take both at the same time?
I would also like to know do I have to support th1 and th2 daily?
Glutathione supports both th1 and th2? I watched your video. I feel good when I take it. But also is it safe to take glutathione and tumeric same day to?
Thank you Marla for the replies. I just want to know i’m doing the right thing for my body that is why i’m asking all these questions. (:

KeymasterYes of course!
Yes, you need to up-regulate th1 daily and down-regulate th2 daily IF you have an imbalance until it is corrected.
Glutathione supports th1 immunity. Yes you cna take turmeric with it however turmeric absorbs VERY poorly so curcumin is best 🙂

ParticipantWhat do you take glutathione with?
Astragalus is TH1 support right? I would like to know what is best Astragalus supplement?
how often can this be taken?
You mention is important to keep both in balance as of now I am only taking glutathione and nothing to support TH2. Is that bad?

KeymasterThis Astragalus is my favourite personally: https://www.puremarket.ca/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=11737
Always follow bottle dosage for supplements. When you are Th2 dominant (if you are), you dont want to support Th2, you want to decrease it by supporting Th1.

ParticipantRight now, I have been dealing with allergies and I know it has to do with the fires. I am taking glutathione daily, with the lipoosomal vitamin C daily. I want to take quercetin but this is a th1 supporter. if taking both would be safe?
Is spirulina th2 supporter or is none of those?

ParticipantI am back with more questions. I have been supporting my TH1 already for months, with astragalus or sometimes I use medicinal mushrooms (MRS from PureEncap. I come to find I feel worse. MRS seems to help OK to somewhat keep it balance but I have been having tiny flares. I also take glutathione here and there, but mostly before my monthly. I come to find I feel worse even with that. I took a green powder and felt amazing along side with less than half of curcumin. This means I need to support MORE of TH2 Than TH1 i’m I correct?
I do take berberine (From Genestra) and that has a lot of TH1 supporters. Taking that and curcumin can keep it all balanced? Â I only do less than half of curcumin as mention.
As of today I took all of these. I hope I am not mixing anything that should not be. I had MRS & curcumin (less than half). What is a more gentler sup to support th1.
I know curcumin is amazing for pcos and inflammation. I just do not want to go over to much you know?
Any advice?
Thanks!

Keymasterquercetin should be ok.
it is not always to do with Th1 and Th2. if youre feeling worse on some things and better on others, it could be to due with nutrient balances. if you have enough glutathione in the body, taking more isnt helpful. work with your practitioner to make sure youre not taking supplements that you dont need as that is hard on the body.
