I just realised i submitted this on membership forum lol. I dont know how to delete now. Anyway, hi!! Im expierence skin tingling, cold tingling, kinda like crawling too, around butt and thighs. I get it only mild elsewhere. I’m thinking it’s ibs which I was diagnosed with 5 years ago. But the tingling, crawling will kinda go away in morning and especailly after bowel movment. So I know its not MS or my imagination. It developes slowly as I keep eating throughout the day. by the way I follow a dairy free, gluten free, low fodmap diet. I also don’t really expierence, gas, and only little bit of bloating (cause i think my candida and sibo have re under control) but I do see droplets of white liquid in toilet once a day. I also alternate between constipation and diaheroa but I don’t expierence any pains ever. I don’t know if maybe these symptoms combined has somthing to do with more than just ibs? I cant get tests atm cause covid is really bad where i live and makes me scared to go out. So wondering if you could suggest things marla, suppliments to soothe it so i dont get the skin tingles so bad. And what you think is going on? Thanks, heart you.

    Hello!

Unfortunately i cannot diagnose conditions as I am not a doctor. I am not sure exactly what you mean by tingling but if it has to do with numbness/nerves, I would suggest getting on some N-acetyl-cysteine and cod liver oil. As far as digestion goes, increase your soluble fiber consumption (chia, flax, psyllium) to balance your bowel movements more so you dont alternate between C and D. Also, taking high dose probiotics, lglutamine, slippery elm and bone broths can help too!
