Marla, I know you are not able to discuss vaccinations with us and whether or not we should be getting them. I have to get them as part of my job )(I work in a hospital) and I was just wondering if you can share recommendations on how to limit inflammation that might be triggered as a result?

    Thanks.

    Hello!

I would say if possible try seeing if you can get 1 month spacing between vaccines rather then getting them all at once or a week apart. Try taking curcumin and GSH glutathione before and after each vaccination. This will help to calm current inflammation you might have and then calm inflammation post vaccine. The goal would be to get to a neutral inflammation baseline before and after vaccinations. You could try using porphyrazyme to capture as much of the adjuvant from the vaccine as possible while it’s still in circulation.

Porphyrins have the ability to bind divalent metal ions due to the nitrogen atoms of the tetrapyrrole nucleus. The central ion in chlorophyll is magnesium, which is freed from chlorophyll under acidic conditions, permitting other metals to bind in its place. Toxic metals, such as mercury, lead and arsenic, are complexed first. Then excess amounts of other divalent metals, such as calcium, can be complexed by porphyrins. By increasing the porphyrin content, the heavy metal binding capability is also increased, thus providing clinicians with a natural, effective “chelating” tool
