    Hi Marla!

I’m new to the community.  I posted a question to the ‘Live Q&A” section and am realizing this is the place for questions, so am re-posting my message here.

I did your gut reset program last year, and am in the process of repeating it.  I’m planning to start the candida cleanse in Sept sometime after completing the gut reset protocol.  As I’m ordering the supplements you suggest, I’m realizing that some of them have glycerin (the liquid supplements) and my body has gotten rash in the past from that and any ingredients that are slightly sweet.

Do you know of alternatives for the following supplements that are in capsule form (or non-liquid form)?

    1. UNDA Juniperus communis Gemmotherapy

    2. Genestra Black current bud phytogen

    Thanks, Cynthia

    Hello,

so sorry i missed your question! Thank you for reposting.

Unfortunately, homeopathics do not come in capsule form. they need the glycerin and/or alcohol to make the homeopathic reach the cells.  With the black currant bud, you are only doing 10 drops and majority of that is the remedy with the water so you’re getting VERY VERY tiny ammount of glycerin. Instead of doing juniperus communis, you can tyr doing herbal gem depurasap which is birch sap to help purify. If you cannot do black currant bud, you can just omit it 🙂

My body is sensitive even to small amount glycerin and I’ve gotten rash before from taking liquid supplements with glycerin.  I guess I’ll have to skip on the black currant bud.  Instead of the herbal gem depurasap, which has glycerin, Could I take the superdiet birch sap ampoules that you recommended for the gut reset?

Hi Marla, I’ve been on the candida cleanse for a few days now. I’m noticing some constipation. That seems to happen when I”m taking a large quantity of supplements. On top of your candida cleanse protocol, I was also continuing to take 5g L-glutamine, which seemed to be helping my gut and skin. I stopped taking the L-glutamine the past few days to see if it would help with the constipation, which it did. THough my skin is not happy. I’ve had hives and rash the past 7 years.

Please help! Any suggestions for something else to support my gut and skin while I”m on the candida cleanse? That doesn’t involve me taking a large quantity of some supplement.

An add on to my last question…

Would you recommend my taking a small amount of MSM while doing the candida cleanse?

    Hello,

#1, split up supplements throughout the day so you’re only taking a couple at a time.

#2.  you MUST stay hydrated – at least 120-12 glasses water daily

#3. try including more soluble fiber if you arent already – flax and chia

#4 – I cant give specific skin recommendations without doing protocol with you however, focus on eating very strongly antiinflamamtory and cut out histamine driving foods 9cocoa, caffeine, nightshades, tomatoes, eggs, potatoes, citrus, yeast, fermented foods, etc).

I do not recommend MSM typically unless there is a specific reason. are you taking every single suppplement on the protocol or did you make swaps?

Thanks for the suggestions- I’ll do #1-3.

I’m taking all the supplements on the candida protocol, except for Genestra Black current bud phytogen. Not taking the extra supplements.

What do you think about taking DAO? Have you had good results with that?

Hi Marla, can you recommend an alternative to the G20 depurasap? I have been searching everywhere for it (online, called local herb shops and apothecaries). The American online distributors are out of stock. The Canadian ones are charging an arm and a leg to ship it to the US. One distributor wanted to charge $230 for shipping. The website you recommended requires a minimum of $120 to ship to the US. Thanks 😉

Hey Cynthia, sorry iw asnt notified of your reply!!

I love DAO enzyme if you have high histamine, it really works well!

Have you looked for pure birch sap on its own? That is a replacement, although depurasap really is the best.
