Hello Marla , my question is before starting a Cándida cleanse you have stated it’s so important to cleanse the liver and kidneys first . I read the basic protocol to detox the liver and kidneys and are the homeopathics you are suggesting are they safe for someone who’s never taken them for the 6-8wk duration . Do you also recommend taking any other vitamins and probiotics . I want to do a liver and kidney cleanse then a Cándida cleanse how long should I wait to do both ?

Yes it is CRUCIAL to cleanse the liver and kidneys BEFORE and DURING a candida cleanse for a safe and effective detox 🙂
The homeopathics are 100% safe and guaranteed to be side effect free. That’s why I love homeopathics… they are so safe and gentle but incredibly effective. For the liver, I always suggest also doing digestive enzymes, probiotics and chlorophyll as well which you can do both during the liver phase and candida phase. If you have severe overgrowth, I would suggest beginning this cleanse and then 2 weeks later join in with candida supplements. If your overgrowth is a bit more mild, you can start antifungals at the same time as the homeopathics.

Do you recommend digestive enzymes and Chlorophyll to take with the liver cleanse protocol ? I was thinking of doing the liver cleanse 6-8 wks then following with a good Cándida cleanse .Would you say the basic liver /kidney cleanse protocol that you recommend includes phase 1 and phase 2 to cleanse and support the liver ?
There is no phase 1 and 2 when you’re using homeopathics. They give you complete drainage thatbis balanced. The protocol i shared under resources is a just to get you started on drainage but usually I have people on drainage for up to a year or longer so you wont be “done” draining the liver after 6-8week. Because of this, I recommend still doing something for your liver DURING the candida cleanse. Thank you , I purchased the Cándida cleanse ebook the protocol you have on their does that include anything that will support the liver after Im done doing the liver drainage for the 6-8 weeks . The Glyforte do you recommend to take that glandular multivatimin through the liver cleanse and Cándida cleanse ?
Or what do you recommend to take to support the liver while doing the liver protocol and Cándida protocol
Miriam, unfortunately, I am not able to create you a COMPLETE PROTOCOL and supplementation suggestions without knowing all your history, having you sign consent agreements, etc. The resources and eBooks I share are general guidelines to follow but above and beyond that, i cant really suggest anything else. GLYforte is a multivitamin so you can take it whenever you like but I always suggest checking with your practitioner before supplementing with any products.
For liver and kidney, you can follow the protocol under the resources tab of this website for 6-8 weeks, then move onto the candida cleanse eBook that you purchased from me which includes different liver drainage there.

Ok thank you Marla , I apologize for so many ? I just w at to learn more and more . I will do that and include the chlorophyll and digestive enzymes with liver cleanse . After that I will follow with the Cándida cleanse . My only ? With both protocols is do they also include liver support while cleansing or are both protocols just for drainage . How can I get a consult from you I’m ok with being on wait list for now if I can get a few consults that should get me by as I’m im good health other then I need a good cleanse I have never done one .
Do you recommend the liver cleanse and Cándida cleanse since the Cándida cleanse has liver drainage as well is better to follow the Cándida cleanse I stead since it has liver drainage and Cánddida cleanse Im a little scared to do both back to back the Cándida and the liver both have the black current bud is it safe to take for longer then 6-8 weeks for the liver and then take again for Cándida cleanse
Marla , thank you so much and I apologize for all of my ?s I’ve never done a cleanse and I’m so scared to do one . I appreciate all your help and your knowledge . I will start my cleanse with the liver and kidney and make sure to take probiotics digestive enzymes and Chlorophyll followed with fly forte . I do have a ?s is it save to take black current for the liver and kidney cleanse and then again for the Cándida cleanse . Also the UNDA you recommend to take away from food does that mean on an empty stomach or right before I’m going to eat . Just want to make sure I take everything properly .
Yes, you can do black current bud throughout both phases. Away from food means AT LEAST 15 mins before or after eating or drinking anything including brushing your teeth, etc. You want a clean and neutral mouth when taking homeopathics.
Marla , had a question about digestive enzymes which brand would you recommended while doing liver and Cándida cleanse and for cod liver is the liquid forte the same as the pills that’s all I could find is the liquid
