    Hi Marla,

    I hope you’re doing well!

I’ve been concerned about bad breath for many years now and haven’t been able to identify the underlying cause. Based on dental check-ups, there don’t seem to be any issues with my teeth or gums. The dentists didn’t confirm that I have halitosis or identify. However, I still believe it’s present, as there are times I notice bad breath shortly after completing my oral hygiene routine.

Over the years, I’ve tried making changes to my diet, such as cutting out processed sugars and white bread, drinking more water, and implementing other similar adjustments. Unfortunately, these changes haven’t resolved the issue.

Do you have any advice on how to overcome this condition? Is there a long-term solution, or is it something I’ll need to manage for life?

    Thank you in advance!

    All the best!

    Hello!

You’re certainly on the right track with dietary/lifestyle changes! halitosis comes from pathogens in the gut. The way we cna eradicate them from the mouth is by clearing them from the gut via a candida cleanse 🙂 My seasonal candida and parasite cleanse can behelpful along with frequent liquid chlorophyll and specific oral care practices such as ceylon cinnamon te (i swish with it) and salt water rinses.

Tips for oral thrush ar every similar you can chekc out my blog post on that: https://holisticspring.org/2023/03/29/10-ways-to-improve-oral-thrush/
