    Hi Marla,

    hope youโ€™re well?

I have been suffering from chronic scalp eczema for over a decade. It gets worse during winter and I have been using steroids on and off for over 10 years, sometimes it helps but it always flares up again.

I know you have a lot of videos on eczema, do you advise the same protocol in treating scalp eczema?

    Hey priscilla,

Yes all skin issues are similar in their approach. *ALWAYS CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE SUPPLEMENTING/FOLLOWING ADVICE*

You SHOULD address gut dysbiosis with a pathogen cleanse. You SHOULD address drainage therapy 9with BTD protocols shared under resources and birch sap). You NEED to do immune modulation 9discussed on this platform). You SHOULD be 100% avoiding all nightshades, gluten, dairy, coffee, sugar (all forms including dates/sweet fruit//natural sweeteners) and maybe even eggs, peanut butter and citrus and mushrooms and yeast and EVEN foods you know you are sensitive to above and beyond this list. once you have fully cleared the skin and lowered inflammation significantly, you can start reintroducing.

you want to stay hydrated, manage stress, exercise, utilize saunas/castor oil packs and get optimal sleep. You will need to be rigorous for a while until you have fully cleared out the gut, liver, kidneys etc then you an get more leniant.

    Much appreciated Marla.

Would this protocol also help treat my alopecia areata?

it would get you in the right direction as you’re lowering inflammation however autoimmune disease takes much longer and more intense immune modulation to reverse it including heavy metal detox, cardiovascular drainage, gallbladder drainage and more.

Hi Marla, hope all is well?

Hi Marla, I have noticed that my eczema flares up especially when the season changes, I’ve always been told by my doctor that I have eczema because I was born with asthma and suffer from hayfever.

I had an endoscopy last month was told that I have a lot of Candida in my throat.

Do you think Candida/pathogens are still the main cause of my eczema even though the triggers are hayfever, season changes and dust mites etc?

Just to clarify, I am suffering currently from a really bad face and neck eczema flare up. It hasn’t been this bad in years.

My scalp eczema has always been chronic but body and face flare ups have usually been on and off for over 10 years.

yes it is driven by candida which drives histamine. the hay fever, etc is also driven by histamine by candida. Without candida, you dont form allergies to environment or season changes. you definitely have Th2 dominance having had asthma, allergies and now eczema.

    Hi Marla,

I also have Gastritis, do you think a candida cleanse would also be beneficial in treating gastritis?

gastritis is more to do with poor vagal sitmulation, underactive stomach, stress and food sensitivities and sometimes H. pylori. Candida cleanse doesnt necessarily address that.
