What could cause severe blushing? Especially when talking in normal conversation with people outside or at school? Blushing to the point of red beet face, along with pins and needles all over the body, hot flashes and sweat as well as heart palpitations all at once it even makes you feel lost/ confused in the moment. The problem is present since childhood 🙁

What is causing it and what do you recommend taking/ doing for it? It is actually a very embarrassing problem lol the worst is when someone points it out like omg how red you are lol

It could be anxiety related. Do you have anxiety when in public?

Yes very high anxiety when it comes to talking to people and it is not like that every single time there are times that it doesn’t happen but most of the time is like that 🙁

hmmmmm interesting. if it is social anxiety then the symptoms make sense. if you dont have social anxiety but are flushing, it is inflammation. Either way, flushing to that extent has an inflammatory root because anxiety elevates inflammation which is why you may experience those symptoms when you have anxiety in public. Stress also makes the heart beat faster pushing more blood through veins and arteries so can cause flushing.

Yes social anxiety GP said  beta blockers for social anxiety like Propanolol but is there some natural supplement that you can recommend for such situations, please?

I would say your best bet would be valerian root, Magnesium glycinate or lemon balm, although these may make you a bit sleepy.
