Hey Marla! 🙂 I was wondering if there was a specific castor oil in the states that you would recommend for castor oil packs or a specific type to look for i.e. organic ect. What material would I use? Is there a specific time or way I should put it on?

    Thanks for your time!

Hey! castor oil packs are so simple to do! You can use any rag you have on hand (or buy organic cotton cloths if you wanted) and organic castor oil (any brand). Apply a generous amount of organic castor oil on the rag or cloth and then place over the abdomen with plastic wrap on top and then a hot water bag (plastic protects the bag from getting greasy). Sit for 30 mins! You can fold the cloth and re-use the same one next time 🙂

Thank you for your help! That sounds a lot easier than I had it built up in my mind lol. Do I just put it over my kidneys and liver or can I put it over any organ? I’ve been having kidney pain since this flareup I know I have kidney stones do you think it would be OK for me to put a castor pack over my kidneys?

haha yes so easy! 🙂 you can put it anywhere but my favourite is over the abdomen (colon) or a bit higher up and to the right (liver). It shouldnt be an issue to use the castor oil pack over the kidneys but id recommend checking with your doctor first 🙂
