Hello Simone,
I am thrilled to have you here!
I can completely relate to you as I too have felt so much anxiety about not having babysitters while working full time! We have to be careful with stress because chronic stress drives Th2 dominance which triggers autoimmune flare ups!
Here are a few things you can do to reduce anxiety but most importantly, reduce stress chemistry (the effects that stress has on the body):
1. Take Siberian ginseng and holy basil to support your adrenals and lower anxiety
2. Take 10 DEEP breaths every hour or so at least (check out my guided breathing session here: https://holisticspring.org/videos/#foogallery-294/i:4 )
3. Always end your day on a relaxing note such a as hot epsom salt bath with lavender, or a hot tea and a book… never go to bed without doing something relaxing first.
4. Take melatonin! If you have trouble falling asleep, take 8-12mg of melatonin when needed. if you fall asleep OK, take 6mg. This will help you have better quality sleep.
5. lastly, take 1500mg magnesium an hour before bed to relax your nerves!
hope this helps 🙂
