I’ve seen remarkably good results with plaque psoriasis using Th1 Support, Th2 Modulator, and Balanced Immune along with biotherapeutic drainage..
You’ll need to figure out with a practitioner what else is appropriate to the case, of course. That’s likely to include standard things like SPM fish oil, vit D, complete avoidance of problematic foods, etc.

The results won’t appear immediately. It will take a solid three months at least to see things start to change. And you’ll need to see what kind of dosing is required (follow bottle dosage unless working with a practitioner). When the biology is very dysregulated (blood sugar, dysbiosis, sleep issues, etc.) you’ll need to handle those as well in order to see the T cell polarization changes make a difference. But what’s common to see is that making all those other changes isn’t sufficient to get the progress to happen until you also address the T cell polarization issues with the supplements listed above.
