Hello, Marla recently I couldnt log in with my first account (Feride Rushanovski) bcoz of an insufficient amount of money,I contacted you on IG and was advised to open a new account which is (Feride Amshoska). In a span of a few days, I got charged for both of them. I wasn’t informed that maybe automatically the money will be taken later for the first account that’s why I opened another one. I’m confused a little bit, I do not need two accounts but I’m being charged for two in a span of 2-3 days. I was also told that money can’t be taken automatically once its declined on the date of expiery of the subscription hence the new account. Really confusing.
