Hi Marla, I’m freaking out. Today is the 10th day of my period and noticed very little pinkish discharge. This has never happened before. No pain or anything, I’m not on birth control or anything.  I’m 40 years old done a pap smear and pelvic floor check everything is ok with that. Lately have been feeling a little bit depressed and anxious too.

I do take flaxseed oil from day 1 to day 14 and then I take evening primrose oil from day 15 up to period time. Was taking DIM for a while but stopped it since you mentioned that it’s not really a good idea to take it all the time. Took dim for 4-5 months and it’s been 1 month or more that I haven’t taken it. Now what is this pinkish discharge around my ovulation time have no idea but I’m so scared. Can you please tell me what are your thoughts on it? I can’t wait to buy your book on hormones.
