ParticipantHi everyone! My question is about a Candida Diet Plan and how to use food supplements to get rid of Candida. I saw some PDF text or book on your Instagram account, Marla! ♥ it was something like a seasonal cleanse for parasites and candida plan book or PDF or similar. The problem is that I need some guidance and structure, since Idk where I´m going whit all these supplements and food recipes. I read that nightshades are forbidden on a candida cleanse. I also saw some videos that mention Keto-cycles as a way to get rid of candida. I don´t know how much fruit to eat, (I usually eat pomegranate and granny smith apple or blackberries and alkaline fruit) I´m concerned about using some of the next foods I´ve been including in my diet:
-Red potatoes-Bob’s Red Mill, Paleo Baking Flour, Grain Free, (coconut flour, almond flour, tapioca flour, arrowroot starch)
-Sashimi Salmon and regular salmon
-Unsweetened roasted almond milk, coconut milk, coconut cream, unsweetened coconut yogurt
-not home made Kombucha
-sprouted quinoa
-Nightshades
-Hokkaido pumpkin and butter squash
-lakanto sugar-like sweetener
-Stevia with toffee flavour
-Poultry sausages
-Homemade tomato sauce
-Soya burgers (I cut off this lately but I had some the last months since I like it so much)
-Quinoa Flour
-Celery root
-Cauliflower ñoqui (It takes the paleo flour I mentioned before and eggs and cauliflower)
-almond flour pancakes
-unsalted butter from cow´s milk or Ghee
-MCT oil on my morning beverage
-salads (raw vegetables, tomato, lettuce, black olives, carrots)
– vegan cheese (made with coconut oil, starch, Glucono-delta-lactone, or gluconolactone)
– Grain-free protein (Pea seed, Tapioca Fiber, flax, chia, cranberry, baobab and pumpkin seed, enzyme and probiotic blend, organic)
-Coconut wraps
-Avocado oil mayo
-Coconut flakes (cereal free cereal)
-Hemp seeds and hemp butter
-Almond butter Organic
I´m also taking all these supplements and since I´ve been working a lot lately I don´t have enough time to stop and take them all at different times, so I was wondering if I could mix some of them.
These are the supplements: Lecithin capsules, Rhodiola, Aloe Vera gels, Vitamin D3 Vitamin C Powder (Standard Sodium Ascorbate), Pau D´Arco (Inner Bark) capsules, Black walnut Hulls (Juglans Nigra) 500 mg capsules, Olive Leaf capsules 500 mg, Lions Mane capsules 1500 mg, SBO probiotic 100 Billion CFU from Code age, Diatomaceous Earth Powder, Green Black Walnut Wormwood Complex drops from Now, Clove Liquid extract, Milk Thistle seed liquid extract, Collagen Multi protein, Green Blend Superfood, and probiotic A.A./D 21.750.000.000 cfu/g Powder.
I know these are a LOT of things and usually don´t drink all of them! since I´m learning how to, and my days are a bit crazy so I usually mix the Lion´s Mane with the Lecithin capsules with some multivitamins on my breakfast I have herbal coffee with MCT or almond milk and collagen and something else like a grain-free protein smoothie. I try to add digestive enzymes too, Before that, I have my probiotic with aloe vera gels or without. (Been trying the SBO probiotics with the aloe vera gels and the other probiotics without it)
Then I try to add the black walnut, the olive leaf extract and the digestive enzymes at lunch, and before or after that I squeeze one of these: Clove liquid extract, Green black walnut wormwood liquid extract, milk Thistle Seed liquid extract, or Diatomaceous Earth. The problem with these ones is that I need to drink them with an empty stomach and leave 1 h in between so I can´t drink them all I´m starting to give up and I feel like these are very important to kill the candida and disrupt the biofilm.
I don´t know when or where to add the greens mix, the chlorophyll, the Vitamin C powder, D3 vitamin, Multivitamins, and other supplements such as Candidase from enzymedica or Pau D´Arco I stopped using it since the time of the day isn´t enough to squeeze all of these supplements plus food on my lifestyle.
Another question I have. Is it necessary to use Fluconazole pills or is okay with these herbal supplements?
Thank you very much and I´m sorry if my questions are way too many. I will try to see the videos about candida you already posted (: and also sorry if some of the questions I made here are way similar or repetitive to my first post. I´m learning how to use your blog ♥ thank you 〜〜〜〜〜

ParticipantAbout the first part of my text, I would like to access the PDF I mentioned seasonal cleanse for parasites and candida plan book or PDF or similar (I saw you mentioned this on easter, but I was too busy to have a real look at it and then I missed) is it able on this membership? or is an extra book? (: or maybe you recommend anything else?
I just need some clear guidance about the foods and stages of the Candida Diet Cleanse. Also, I would like to know if I would ever be able to be a vegetarian again after the cleanse since I don´t like meat so much.
thank you again〜〜〜♥

KeymasterHello Carolina,
#1: My Candida eBook goes in depth on foods to eat and avoid: https://holisticspring.com/product/seasonal-candida-parasite-cleanse
#2: The LIVE Q&A #24 (now posted to the videos tab) went over a lot of what you asked here.
#3: Everything except kombucha and Bobs Red Mill paleo flour on your list of foods is technically candida friendly (aka lower starch). that being said, what you eat depends on your health conditions. Depending on your symptoms, you may want to avoid nightshades. I also dont recommend thinks like lakanto or vegan cheese as they are super inflammatory for the gut however they are candida diet friendly in the sense that they are lower starch. I hope this makes sense.
#4: I would highly suggest making a list of all your supplements and what times of day you need to take them by reading product labels and see which ones need to be taken on their own or not. Unfortunately I cannot make a protocol for you as you are not a client. it does sound like you’re taking everything with pretty good timing but i do think you are taking too many things. I don’t believe Most people need flucanozole.

ParticipantHey Marla, thanks for your reply. I forgot I had the membership still going on. I thought I had it only for a month. So I never logged in to see your reply. About the The LIVE Q&A #24 I don´t seem to find it, since it´s only posted till the #20 Q&A. Could you maybe send the link here or to my email? I´d really appreciate it.
