Hey everyone! My name is Carolina, I´m 30 y. o. and this is my first month in the holistic membership. I joined Marla´s holistic community after a long research for Candida overgrowth, after searching for solutions and repeatedly failing in the process. I have had these issues for over 15 years now, or even more since I was a kid. I had struggled with a really unhealthy past, eating disorders, and all over my 20s, I kept a vegetarian diet which I quit 4 months ago when I started the Candida Cleanse.  It´s been a long process and I´m still struggling to try to heal. So I hope all of this information and the Community´s support will help me to finally succeed in my Candida cleanse and heal properly.
