Hey Marla! I was wondering if you have a few recommendations for digestion enzymes? I have to be careful with extra ingredients added to products.

I personally use the following enzymes however they may still have too many additives for you!
Bile based:
Plant based:
If these aren’t what you’re looking for, digestive bitters may be a better option as it is a tincture 🙂
