    Hi Marla,

i just got a wisdom tooth removed.
what can i do for Fast recovery in terms of supplements?

I didn’t want to use Any pain killers. 😬
At the moment i am taking daily 1500 mg liposomal curcumin, 800 mg tart cherry , 2000 mg vitamin C, and arnica Montana 200k 3×3 daily. Also taking magnesium at night, and a capsule blend of antioxidants, like Resveratrol, sprouts, ginger, etc. And i’m also doing Sage tea rinse, locally, several times / day

i’m at day 3 post surgery. I’m swollen , but there’s only slight pain, which is good. I want to reduce inflamation and speed up the healing.

    Hello!

For supplements, I would recommend vitamin C and vitamin A and E (follow bottle dosage).

For Homeopathics I would choose from the following:

    • Arnica montana 30C: to relieve pain and swelling post surgery
    • Calendula 30C: improve inflamamtion, infections or abscesses. this is usually taken when an infection forms or before one forms if you are not on antibiotics
    • Chamomilla 30C: Helps with pain post surgery and is great when pain meds arent taken or when they arent working.

You can take 1 or more of the homeopathics. do acute dosing which is 3 pellets every hour until symptoms reside.

    Thank you!

the wound has healed very nicely until now.

the problem is i still got mandibular pain, tension or aches. The doctor was saying that the alveolar nerve can be bruised or injured, and it takes some time to heal.

Is there anything i can do on top of what you suggested, to help the nerve heal? Supplements or locally / topically.

    thank you!

I would do the Chamomilla 30C with acute dosing (3 pellets every hour). I would also rinse mouth with peppermint essential oil and water (make sure it hits the area where the tooth was removed. Aside form that, some things to support the nerve itself but may not directly help with pain is CBD oil, vitamin E and A.
